But this is the scary part right now, how blatant they lie in order to own orange man and create panic. Even more than usual:
It's because they need a panic. They
need some sort of Hail Mary event, because I don't think that anyone realizes just how badly they're losing. The media's putting on a brave face, the polls are spinning so hard that they're spitting spoke and Biden is "NO U"ing as hard as he can every time that he opens his mouth, but there isn't any genuine confidence coming from anyone on their team, and there isn't a single marker I can find that's indicative of him actually being in the lead with the public.
This next week is going to be spent with every single idiot in the media trying to force a panic as hard as they can, because they
need one, because they have nothing else. Biden's campaign is floundering violently to try and find a direction to run in that stops making their internal polling hemorrhage, the economy's well on its way to waking up again, and people are getting
fucking sick of all of the masks and mandates and restrictions.
Whether they realize it or not (they don't, because they don't learn) they're going to spend the next week or two helping Trump suck all of the oxygen out of the room, again. They'll be breathlessly covering every single second that he spends in observation and quarantine, peddling all of the fake stories they can about his rapidly-declining health that will get rebuked within an hour, to try and spike the fear as high as they can push the needle.
All while Joe Biden putts around on his loser train with minimal media coverage, doing who knows what because nobody gives a shit.
