I watch those crappy fake ass you tube channels with "15 SPOOKY GHOST VIDEOS YOU WILL NEVER SLEEP AGAIN FOR HAVING SEEN!" and such and nothing really bothers me in that realm. The only thing I like or is spoopy is if really heavy objects are tossed around. Only seen it once and don't know how they faked it. Dude was in a middle eastern abandoned area with homes. Huge ass blue barrel in one room. Guy leaves the room and the thing, which I would guess is like 150 pounds just flies out of position like some muscle dude on crack threw it. Awesome. Can't explain that yet.

It freaks me out to no end to have to deal with cases of child abuse. I know that everybody is disgusted by it but it’s honestly terrifying that there are people in this world that will hurt their own kids. Or not give a fuck and let somebody else do it.

Also ants are pretty scary. You never know if they’re the poisonous stingy kind or the nice kind that just wants a little crumb

There was this story not too long ago where this soyboy planned to kill his neighbor. I don't remember if he was obsessed with her and decided to kill her, or if he just wanted to kill someone and decided she would be the perfect victim. At any rate, he started actively planning to kill her and eventually did. He killed her and then dumped her body in a nearby dumpster.

The next day, people were looking for the victim. A local news crew was on the scene and interviewing the killer, but at the time, they didn't know that. The killer acted normal, explaining to the news anchor that the victim was a nice girl and that she had always gone out jogging, etc. Anyway, the news anchor somehow got word that the victim's body was found in a dumpster and so she mentioned it to the killer. The killer instantly freaks out and looks like he's about to vomit. Of course, the news anchor thinks the guy is upset because he just learned his neighbor died; she has no idea that it's because he's the one who killed her and he knows his ass is going to prison.

Another creepy thing I remember was that the news later released video clip from the killer's cellphone. He had used his phone to look into the woman's front door, so he could get an idea of the layout before breaking in and killing her. The clip wasn't anything special but with context, it was creepy.

I can't find the story on google, every time I search for it, google just keeps showing racial crimes for some reason. Maybe another kiwi will remember the victim's name so we can see the video clips.

She told family she felt like someone had been taking and moving her stuff in her apartment, and her last e-mail the day before the murder was her telling her boyfriend that she was scared that someone had attempted to break into her house. If only she had listened to her intuition and left.

Also, he strangled her to death and it took 15 minutes for her to die. She was fighting for her life for 15 long, horrifying minutes. These stories freak me out the most, because it could happen to you.

Maybe someone can help me find another creepy story. This was something I saw on reddit before reddit was really popular. Someone posted a bunch of images of a dead man that had been found. He was sitting up in his recliner, in a really old and small house in the middle of nowhere. He must have been dead for a while, because he was pretty much bones by the time someone found him. They also found his journal leading up to the days of his death, he was writing about his food intake and if I remember correctly, his final entry was him not feeling like eating. It was one of the creepiest things I saw but I can't find it.

It's not sexist, it's just a fact. Guys are way stronger than women. Mace and knives are better than nothing but also not that great. Women really need to carry a gun if they want to actually level the playing field and have a real chance of surviving.
