I dunno, Steph, transgender conservatives make sense to me, there was a time in the mid 20th century (and even now in very conservative Muslim countries like Iran) where it was more acceptable to be transgender than it was to be gay. Also not hard to imagine a transgender person just becoming conservative out of pure spite for having to put up with a lot of bullshit from the community.
Almost all of my trans friends have complaints about the transgender community, even the ones that are very big on trans pride. Not hard to see why when you get people like Steph kicking in the door and making themselves at home and the maladjusted weirdos with baseball bats welcome them with open arms. Totally makes sense to me that the toxic environment would be a breeding ground for all the types of people you say you hate so much, but pretty much help create just by being fucking awful.
