Well, color me shocked. Based.

The doctors speak: Trump had two blood oxygen drops, was given extra medicine. Had high fever Friday morning and low blood O2 and got oxygen. They are proud to be who they are. President improving. Heart, liver, kidneys all okay. No side effects from trick medicine. Maybe discharge tomorrow.

Or the de-compensation is what caused the need for oxygen? For all we know Trump has been positive for a while, and he may have had some fatigued days that he just brushed off as being tired from all of the actual work he's doing.

Looks like Trump will continue to receive treatment even after he leaves the White House. If he is leaving the hospital tomorrow or the day after, I'm curious about how he will communicate with the public and how they will continue to monitor his condition. Just because he might be feeling well now doesn't mean he does not have the virus.

Not fond of how he contradicted himself regarding Trump not having oxygen and then saying yes, he did receive supplemental oxygens twice.

There's satirical potential from both sides, but alas we can only see the stuff pointed at the right, and rather than good-natured parody, it's always malicious. Especially SNL has decided that instead of making it about jokes, it's about convincing people what to think, like they're dealing with children. SNL was never fair and balanced, but at least they used to grab the low hanging fruit to pretend to be fair back in the early-Obama years. Most every other political humor outlet has been worse than SNL earlier than SNL.

Like I said somewhere else, it's like a person screaming a knock knock joke in your face with bloodshot rage in their eyes then shouting, "Isn't that funny? Say it's funny, fucker!"

In regards to Wilson and FDR: those were in the middle of world wars. An ailing president would make excellent propaganda for the enemy, so it makes sense they'd keep that under wraps.

So I was wrong, Trump did get supplemental oxygen for about an hour late Friday morning. Wasn't this before he left for the Walter Reed Military Medical Center? That said, it's good to hear he is improving as he should be.

My question is, what will happen after Trump gets discharged from the virus? How do they intend to quarantine him in the White House since he will not want to be locked down in his bedroom and how much treatment will he continue to receive until the virus is gone?

My guess is his doctors will monitor him in more or less the same way as in the hospital, the specifics on quarantining really depends on the layout of the White House, he needs a room to live in, a room to work in, and something that works for campaigning.

The Regeneron treatment would have severely stunted his infection, it could be 10% to a maximum of 50% of what it used to be from that alone, the effect lasts at least 7 days before dropping off, he should be mostly covered until he naturally develops antibodies in the second week and the virus dies out.

He's on a five day course of Remdesivir, so he'll keep taking that, they'll keep checking his liver for inflammation, and his infection will be even weaker from it.

Reagan's condition was definitely obscured after his assassination attempt. I don't think misinformation was released, but the White House only released info that painted his condition in a positive or reassuring light.
