That's the power of "if". You can always blame the reality of the situation on some bad actor somewhere. If you just overthrew the ZOG and handed everything to 1488ers to draw the ethnostate boundaries then you'd never have to worry about racial tensions again, and if you just handed absolute power over all levels of society to the IFL Science crowd to weld people into their houses the Wu Flu would be over in 2 months, just like in China (supposedly). Of course neither of these will happen, so they can make their tyranny like Devil's Snare (inb4 "read another book", but do you have a better reference for this idea?), the more you resist the more justification they have for cracking down harder, it must go longer and be more invasive because you fucked it up!

There's been reporting since early on in Trump's admin of people saying they only learned about shit like firings via Trump's tweets. Which is more just evidence of not everyone being in the loop and/or imagining they deserve to be.

As far as Swan he often seems to write about things that are plausible, but don't mean anything. Like saying he's thinking he should fire someone, but he may not (that's technically true of anyone in his administration). Or articles that are lacking in substance like the 'contradiction' article, where the doctor is being accused of giving contradicting information because he didn't speak all doom and gloom about Trump's health. The man is just a vehicle for rumors and this time around the people that aren't in the loop aren't all giving out the same bland, but plausible rumors because Trump being sick isn't itself a political move that would bias their thinking into the same direction.

Their wailing and gnashing of teeth is hilarious. But I thought they had so many anonymous sources close to the president telling them everything about his condition?

Their TDS is along the lines of some in this thread. Trump isn't out of the woods yet, but some people won't accept anything until they see a livestream of Trump doing a rally without a single cough—and even then they might not believe it.

Edit: I also love how they misused em dashes in their statement. Such amazing paragons of journalism, they can't even use proper syntax.

As a Trump voter, I'm really sorry for his behavior. I voted for a tax cut, not this egotistical showman bullshit he is always doing. From the bottom of my heart I apologize on behalf of the conservatives.
