If Biden has the flu or COVID-19, you can bet the DNC will be doing everything they can to cover up his health problems until they get him across the finish line. We won't get an official confirmation until at least after the election because unlike Trump, Biden getting COVID-19 would shatter the narrative that we need to continue to lock down and kill the economy for "the cause". Also Biden repeatedly coughing throughout his speech makes him look weak and that is something world leaders like Putin and Jinping will take advantage of.

Unless Biden's handlers can secure an early dose of REGN-COV2 (which isn't easy, I'm surprised Trump got it without an ICU near-death compassionate use request, but he is also POTUS), he would be in for a much worse time than Trump, and I don't know how they could hide it other than blaming his hospitalization on something else, and he'd be out of action much longer than Trump would be.

I don't like Biden (as a person nor a politician) and I've laughed at jokes at his expense, but I don't dislike him more than I dislike his party. Whoever decided to put this deteriorating geriatric up on stage — where he'll flounder and sweat at the feet of the world's most effective troll, — should simply be gassed. It's essentially torturing an elderly man for a small, infinitesimal chance at political gain. It doesn't get any more despicable than that.

He's just not anything like Hillary. She was such a thoroughly-unlikable establishment goon (and comparatively healthy) that the world had no issue when she was hoisted by her own petard.

He already failed once, they know he's unelectable. It's just like Romney in 2012, just more honest. He's up there so that when the Dems lose to Trump they haven't wasted a potential candidate for 2024.

Their TDS is along the lines of some in this thread. Trump isn't out of the woods yet, but some people won't accept anything until they see a livestream of Trump doing a rally without a single cough—and even then they might not believe it.

Please also keep in mind that he's the Commander in Chief and being treated at a military hospital. And a person can only do so many laps around a single room. The medical team said they wanted him moving around to better evaluate his lungs and blood-oxygen levels.

Meadows said nothing of the sort. The claim he was getting worse and was very ill was from an anonymous source; the person relaying what that source said tried to conflate Meadows going off the record about something with the claim that Trump was gravely ill. the claim came just a short while before Trump made a video from the hospital, clearly contradicting the claim that he was severely ill.

And again, Meadows was not the source for that claim.

Unless it was an integrity test. Meadows could have been fed a bunch of garbage to see if he'd blab.

I'm confused why she's acting like him being in a limo is somehow on the same level as going to a Steelers game, a Rihanna concert or a white trash wedding. Does she think that the limo was rented from Enterprise or something and has to be returned to one of their locations?

It’s an estimated 3-5 day incubation period, and he was formally diagnosed Thursday evening/Friday morning. That would imply last Saturday or last Monday.

Yeah, and part of covid is that you start to feel better and then it comes back harder in a few days. That's what happened with my sister. She felt better one day, worse the next, then better, then it hit really hard.

Again, I am sure he will survive, but him riding in a car is completely stupid given that it doesn't mean anything and it just puts people at risk of exposure.
