Not to be a sperg that knows things about cookie run, but it's not actually canon that Angel and Devil are related, it's just a popular headcanon based on them "being made from the same dough", but their relationship in game isn't listed as family.

Not to say someone couldn't both interpret them as siblings and also ship them.
