I am left to wonder if the fair umpire, thick skin and friendly radio host is really who he is or is it just an act.

Looking back, he does behave like a horrible human being, sobers up and behaves like a proper internet radio host then goes back to behaving like a horrible human being again.

I am more of the belief that Ralph behaving like a normal person is an act. Nothing wrong with it. In fact if he wants to call hosting a show his job, he could do well pretending to behave like a normal person.
