It's highly unlikely that he didn't put it together that she was underage. There's got to be a reason why he specifically never asked her for her age when he clearly did with others (even if he did so late). See the linked screenshot above.

But again, even if he truly didn't know, he's definitely still a creep for going after barely legal teenage girls.

Sure, but in her video posted above at 6:10 she says that he didn't know she was 17. That would imply she lied and said she was 18, or they just never talked about it. Either way the supposed victim admitting that the supposed perpetrator didn't know her age has to help in his defense.

Ignorance of the law does not exempt one from it. It's not like the girl falsified documentation that made her seem like a legal adult, or otherwise misled him in a deliberate way - he didn't ask, and she didn't tell. The onus, legally, is on him for not ensuring that his sexual partners were 18+, and as we've seen, this wasn't a one-time slip up; he neglected to ask for any proof of age before engaging with at least one other girl, and I wouldn't be surprised if there were many others with whom he took the same tack.

I doubt any court worth its salt would take that as an acceptable excuse. As I've stated here quite clearly, he had ample opportunity to make sure everyone he was involved with was over 18, and he didn't. I can't imagine he gets away scot-free because he "forgot" to ask for this girl's age over the course of a two-year tryst.

Ohh it's nothing spicy, they were just dicks to fans, treated them like they should be laying down so their holy feet didn't have to touch the ground. I think Michael would be the only one who may have mellowed out since he became a dad but who knows anymore. As for jack well let's just say I know his wife, I knew her before they hooked up and it was always a case of one or the other was never single when the other was, before the convention on the Gold coast where I know for certain they hooked up and left an entire group sitting at a casino for hours waiting for the two of them to show back up. On top of that jack was just a dick, you could tell he had no interest in being at the convention or talking to anyone besides his new fuckbuddy (who I am still fairly certain is just his beard and initially was using him as a way into working for rt)

It's good to know other people who were fans, recent or otherwise, have seen under the scab of RT. I was turned off of them in 2014 or so and when I tried to bring it up in the sub or to other fans I knew they banned me and cut contact. For almost ten years I was basically a Rooster Teeth encyclopedia. I was like the fucking Rain Man of RT trivia and inter-personal relationships.
As soon as all that shit kicked off with Knuckles Dawson I mentioned a connection between a comment in a Lets Play and his suicide and it all just clicked together in my head that they were arseholes.

Also as far as I'm aware Vic didn't send nudes or fuck a girl, he just hugged people at a con years ago and then it was historical-revisionismed as sexual harassment.
