His story of BLM firing "multiple rounds at his house" quickly fell out of the media headlines when it turned out it was a single round, and it seems the most likely cause was Joseph Mensah himself grabbing the persons' gun and firing the round himself. After this came to light he gave some bizarre statement how truth was a matter of perspective.
Ronald Bell, the one on the left of these mugshots is the one who fired the shotgun.

Bell admitted that he was the individual with the shotgun during the Aug. 8 incident.
Bell also stated that the gun discharged while he was holding it, striking the residence, while he was confronting Mensah.
To be more precise, It's Vaun Mayes and his BLM thugs who went over to the police officer's house, they blocked the street with cars and had a 'party' in front of his house.
Later on they went on his property (which is private) and surrounded his house. They broke a window and were threatening to come in and to force his back door!
It's the same group who later harassed a guy because he put out a Trump flag, after hours and hours of harassment, the owner came out with a gun and was arrested.

It started somewhere in the afternoon. The street was blocked not only for the guy who lived in the house but also for the people who lived
in the surrounding area. They started to play music, yell at him, and harass him and they kept going. After about 12 hours of harassment, somewhere between 1-3 am(need to look it up), the house owner was tired of this shit and came out with a gun. They all played the victim and shocked as they were, they called the police on him and he was arrested.
They have a history of harassing people like this. It's the same group who set a house on fire because 2 black teens were kidnapped and held there. a few hours later the 2 missing
teens showed up. They were never abducted so everything was a 'mistake'. because of that a family was without a home
To give you an idea what a scumbag Vaun Mayes is: he made a drawing of the Mensah-Shotgun incident and when he was harassing the Trump-flag guy he had it printed on his t-shirt.
