I don't know enough about Aark to speculate, but I find it dubious that a small claims court could be involved over Lou grifting handouts for some electronics. It is technically fraud, but depending on the amount of money involved, it might be hard to get anyone to really care. Further, this was a donation not to an organization but an individual, making it murkier to prosecute -- few would expect to get any actual remuneration from the defendant if they are successful, so it would be more of a gesture.

It sounds like Lou's been getting into some trouble off-camera, to me. Perhaps someone that was close to this Aark character found themselves short-shrifted on cash to a degree significant enough to make claims - or a large amount of people were at smaller amounts, and this guy was just collecting information. It's hard to gauge from the outside. Lou is clearly watching this thread (hi Lou!) and immediately snapped into the usual white-trash defense mechanism of "I'll sue you!!!!!!!!" Given that Louie could have blocked the guy and he'd have vanished, Louie is well aware he's got no case and is trying to imitate a fangless rattlesnake.

Finally Aark has put things in motion to decimate Lou's asshole, this is going to be some delicious full fat milk!

Lol at Lou threatening to sue him, proving again how much of a carbon copy he is of Momma Gags. The most Aark has done is vague post, which is exactly the same as what Lou has done towards Aark. Its telling he knew that Aark was talking about him immediately despite no names ever being mentioned.
