Funhaus's views are dropping, and it's because none of the new "crew" have anywhere near the same chemistry as the originals.

I don't even think it's about the quality of the replacements. It's just too difficult to fully replace 2 (now 3) core members for a "friend simulator" channel like Funhaus.
New members are like friends-of-friends irl. Even if you like them and enjoy spending time with them, you might not hang out together without your "actual" friends there. If your friends move away, you won't necessarily continue hanging out with the more tertiary people in your friend group.

The issue is the only reason FH took off was because Inside Gaming was rock solid. Adam, Bruce, James, Lawrence, Spoole, Joel. Funhaus's views are dropping, and it's because none of the new "crew" have anywhere near the same chemistry as the originals. The only thing keeping them going for fans is a familiar-ish format, and some of the same faces.

Starting again won't help anything for them. James and Elyse can only carry them so far. Ryan, Jon and to some extent Lindsay are not worth watching continuously. Jacob and Alannah are just dead weight most of the time.

FH was running on fumes before this.

I'm not saying that it will be even remotely the same or as successful (because it definitely won't especially since like you said, the chemistry isn't there) but it would probably be better to retool with the group they have than live in the shadows of the past. Elise and James want to do more standard comedy and podcast anyway from what I can tell so this could be a good opportunity do that.

Not sure to be honest. Depends how James and Elyse's relationship with the rest of the group and former contributers. I'm sure they will continue to move forward but after so many people leaving from the main alums, I think it would be wise to rebrand and start fresh with who they have left.

I think their B-team is too green to hack it. They were starting to come into their own, but they are still a long way off as of now. They've also been bleeding numbers ever since Bruce left. I don't think there's a way for them to come back.

I haven’t given them a look in any form since 2010, but I distinctly remember around 2008 or 2009 there was a blog post on their site where one employee house sat for another and shared pictures of himself playing Xbox naked in the dude’s chair, kicking food in their fridge, and leaving a vial of semen in their spice pantry.
They even made a webcomic spoofing the situation. So if the company has now gotten so PC that someone jacking it at work when no one is looking is a fire able offense, they are far from the same company I remembered

If Adam was the one keeping Lawrence out, he could always come back to run the show.

As far as I am aware, at this point I think Lawrence is making more money from streaming - and that doesn't begin to touch upon the circumstances of his departure, which are largely unknown. Even if he did return without actually affecting the chemistry, he wouldn't be the one to save it. He typically seemed like the most disliked of the original team by the fans, but even if he wasn't, it's still not enough. There would need to be a lot of restructuring of the way their videos work, and RT is literally a concrete block chained to FH's ankle. Especially considering how RT has let go of their properties in the last few years, I don't know how well they are doing financially. They've also lost several veterans in terms of their executives and their actual personalities. I won't be surprised if there will be a sell off of RT very soon, or maybe only shrinking back into a company that only does RvB, RWBY, and maybe achievement hunter if that doesn't lose more people in the future.
I am almost certain that Funhaus is finished, or at the very least going to be on life support much like what happened with Inside Gaming when they lost their original members.
