Even the monstrous cosmetic surgery nut jobs usually achieve that monstrosity incrementally (giving each new surgeon a bit more plausible deniability, because it’s not ALL their fault). These poor fucks get their tits/penis cut off in one go and there is no going back nor going forward (because trans surgeons largely refuse to fix other surgeons work).

To get an idea of how fucked up "vaginoplasty" really is and how far from the real deal it is even in the best case scenario, I'll grace ya'll with this:

As you can see here, the vaginal opening is a sphincter type muscle, similar to the anus, that can expand and shrink depending on the demands. A troon amhole can do none of these things. Maybe he’s motivated by revenge against surgeons rather than wanting to prevent other troons from suffering in the same way, but whatever the motivation, it takes some balls (ironically) to post that monstrosity on your personal website under your legal name, and not take it down in any circumstances.

Looking back I have no idea what I was thinking at the time. I was practically a lolcow ironically. Once I had gotten real treatment for my delusions I snapped out of it with only a deep cynicism for the whole operation

Those are your doc in the box pediatricians, middling GPs with no specializations and shitty MLM peddlers. These are surgeons, who are putting people under the knife. They have a hospitals backing them. They are insured for it. They are people with a massive amount of confidence and an ideological slant. It could be dunning kruger, but its probably overconfidence, and nothing short of a shitty report card will change my mind.

The problem with this kind of surgery is not the doctors. It is the surgery. If we were to replace these people with the absolute BEST surgeons in the world for each of their specializations, chances are it wouldn't be enough. The surgery is way too fucking complicated. They are simply too invested to realize it needs a huge fucking overhaul.

I know they say don't conflate malevolence with incompetence, but I think the opposite is true when you're talking about surgeons. You don't get away with drugging people and cutting into them without having at least an average IQ

She had the best insurance, and got the surgery at a good hospital with a reputable, experienced doctor operating.

Aaaaand still got a botched result that will never look like a man’s chest, no matter the “revisions” she’ll get.

Why?

Because surgery, particularly this kind of surgery is an art as much as it is science.

You can’t distill it into a number of steps and make an assembly line-style surgery factory producing troons.

That’s why these kinds of surgeries should be illegal, or reserved for a tiny number of severely mentally ill people.

Even under the best of circumstances, shit can happen that’ll botch the whole procedure.

Also what is a mascoplasty? It sounds like that South Park episode where some surgeon could make people into a different race, into a dolphin or whatever and it was always fake. I remember Kyle had a negroplasty and it made him appear to be African American and thus good as Basketball but when he actually played it, his fake muscles etc. all ruptured.

As someone who is trying to bulk up if it involves fake muscles then it's kinda offensive since its not easy to work on your body if you are a dude

They're removing the majority of glandular tissue, leaving just enough fat layer to heal, and getting the fat/lymphatic areas to the side removed. It's a more specific, cosmetic surgery than mastectomy, which is just "breast removal". This still isn't too far out there, considering some of the bizarre implants and such that we see with breast augmentation and reduction surgeries.

When the medical authorities found out, they had a shitfit, and promptly fined them and even suspended their license.

How did the Webberleys respond?

They promptly packed their bags and moved to Spain. And through foreign doctors and shady pharmacists kept open the pipeline of horsepiss pills to the mentally ill and confused young teens. This time as “consultants” instead of outright doctors.

Sounds like the authorities finally caught on, and put a stop to their shenanigans. At least until they can find an even shadier pharmacist.
