I once worked in a group home and dealt with a consumer who had discolored shins EXACTLY like this. It indicates poor blood flow in his legs and feet and is a telltale sign of heavy diabetes, though discoloration that severe usually only appears in sedantary people (eg people usually stuck in a bed or wheelchair).

Lou is absolutely going to fuck himself up irreversibly if he does not go to a doctor and change his diet and lifestyle ASAP.
That's the opposite leg that the foot hole is on too. Others seems to have more knowledge on this, but those look like massive blood circulation issues on the shin and front of the ankle. Our boy might be leg-less in 2 years; I'm preparing for the Rascal scooter grift soon enough.

Didn’t Boogie2988’s legs look like that in that video where he was stomping on cheeseburgers?

What fresh insanity is this?

Somehow walking in the street with a slipper on = needing to replace the slippers? Its clearly not raining or wet out, the ground looks pretty clean and dirt free, there is no reason why he'd need to replace the slipper. The most effort that might be required is throwing them in the washing machine. Bastard is just running out of ideas for grifts. Also, the skin on those shins :cringe:
I have seen this same bruising and scabbing pattern in a man with the same shape as Lou. He also had diabetes. Terrifying.

Uh, quick question, while Lou has helpfully already called himself a fucking dumbass for me... how do you forget you're wearing one shoe and one slipper? I guess the natural answer here is because you can't feel your fucking feet go to the goddamn doctor Lou, but seriously. That slipper is clearly looser on the foot than the shoe, which means even if he can't texturally feel the difference it should be obvious that one's sliding around a lot more.

At this point I think he goddamn well knows he desperately need to go to the doctor. I think he knows that he's showing plenty of signs of a raging diabetic... and I think that's why he doesn't want to go, because even though he clearly needs it and it's putting his health at risk, he desperately doesn't want to deal with it just yet. Diabetes is a condition with upkeep costs, that takes actual work. It's not a big onetime hospital bill that he can dodge forever and carry on as normal; it means medication costs, it means injections or a pump, it means that he has to kiss his funtime wants money goodbye because he can't avoid insulin. And when he goes in, he'll also have to face that doctor, who will tell him (however gently) that he's done this to himself.
I legit think this is him trying to just hold off the inevitable, because facing it scares and saddens him. And that's just going to make it all so much worse in the long run.

On top of the medical costs and the work required to stay alive, how would properly managing the ‘beetus affect his diet of high-carb junk food and soda?

What I think is the most incredible of all is how no matter what it is, no matter the context or situation, the moment anything even slightly inconvenient happens to Lou, his first and only thought is to immediately stop wherever he is, get on Twitter, and use it to beg for money. Somebody could walk up to Lou and shoot him in the gut and before Lou even hit the ground in agony he would already be reaching for his phone to try to get a few bucks out of it.

EDIT:
Lou we can see your black fucking shins in the photo you posted and we can see your diabetic foot ulcer IN THE PHOTOS YOU POSTED.

I'm pretty sure Lou's blood circulation issues are very similar to Boogie's, if not outright worse. While Boogie is by no means a saint, he's at least marginally aware of his condition. I could argue Boogie doesn't really give a shirt about himself either but that's better saved for the Boogie thread.

I hope to God that Lou never makes a video of himself stepping on cheeseburgers.

I don't know if Lou's "please block and report this person, yinz guys" tweets are the most infuriating thing he does, but they're certainly up there.

Listen, I get that gayops is a tempting thing for some people, but seriously, you're gonna make the cow cry and lock his account and that's no fun. There's a rule against it for a reason.

I have a sneaking suspicion of who it is but I don't want to call them out on the off chance that I'm wrong about that. Since you want to pull shit from the thread and I know you see this, you're doing more than just poking the cow, you're full on jabbing him.

E: Also, you probably are not a doctor like most of us and are speculating on his health issues (albeit most likely correctly).
