As far as the "Self defense" claims for Pinkerton Antifa, the thing is in general (with some exceptions), you can not claim self defense if you were the first one to use force e.g. I push some one, they respond, I shoot that person. I can not claim self defense as I started it, if Pinkerton did push the deceased first, Pinkerton's actions can not (again in general) be considered Self defense.

Yeah so this is self defense but for the cops who shot an armed Jacob Blake or the guy in Atlanta who fired a taser at cops, those were murder.
Communism is incompatible with any decent civilization and anyone who militantly disagrees should have a little area set aside for them at Gitmo.

You can clearly see that soycurity has his weight shifted on his left foot and was moving forward prior to the slap, and it looks as if biker dude has his weight shifted to the back and on his right foot. The reporter also looks like he's moving forward at the time, and behind soycurity. He may or may not have been reaching for the mace, but it sure looks like he was. There's also the fact that in the video which only briefly shows the biker dude at the time of the shooting, it looks like he's backing up as he starts spraying.

So as far as I can make out shit went down as follows

The boomer/ Q-Anon/ Trump supporters were accosted by the Antifa mixed race clown who was screaming nigger at them non stop.

Lee, the biker boomer, having first fronted up, then backed away.

As soon as he backed off he was immediately approached by Dollof, who may or may not have tried to grab his mace canister. Lee definitely bitch slapped him.

A second or so after being slapped Dollof draws his pistol, Lee responds by raising his mace canister, Dollof then fires one shot to the head killing Lee instantaneously.

In any non clown world Dollof would be staring down the barrel of a murder 2 conviction. He was the one who initiated physical contact with the deceased, he was the one who drew his revolver when there was no reasonable threat to his life. Hell saying that he'd be lucky to avoid murder 1.

Putting on my conspiratard hat for a sec. Using the murder of the Trump supporter in Portland as a guide, and assuming this was an Antifa assassination op.
The mixed race clown was the distraction, get all eyes on him by making a big show and distract from the other actors. Likely there would have been at least two spotters, to watch out for cops and people taking unwanted video. There would also have been at least one operation's director giving orders and directing the play. The high quality pictures we're seeing is also suspicious, so a photographer in place for the propaganda.
The shooter was given the go once they'd got a Trump boomer split from the larger group. Or it may be they were targeting him individually.
Dollof moves in to initiate physical contact to justify a later pleading of self defense.
Deed done he immediately surrenders to local cops, trusting that the city DA will eventually let him off. This avoids the Feds getting involved, which is what screwed the Portland shooter.
Also to that end a cover story is put out that he was a security contractor for the TV news service. As the Channel 9 reporter is also Antifa, or at least a sympathizer, this is pretty plausible. The cover also helps avoid a Federal prosecution as the shooting will not be seen as politically motivated.

Anyway the long and short is if you're a conservative and want to go protest in blue cities, don't. It's now getting to the stage where they can shoot you with impunity. Short of a federal investigation this fucker will be let off.
