They're such a big name, they must be preoccupied with work! Then, when they finally do message you, you're so grateful just to be talking to them that you don't even think about how shitty you felt during the time they were gone, until it happens again. And so on and so forth.

Not to get too off-topic, but there was recently some scandal with a celebrity (I think Will Smith's wife?) in her 40s who was sleeping with a man in his mid-20s, and people were pretty weirded out by it due to the age gap. So this definitely cuts both ways; I think most people are rightfully skeeved out by huge age gaps like that, regardless of who is the elder in the relationship. Ryan's case just happens to be the more common example (an older man pursuing a much younger girl).

In regard to the culpability of the girls, I partially agree that they should have known not to mess with a married man - but in the case of the Asian girl, Mish, she asked point blank if his wife knew what he was doing, and Ryan straight up lied that she was fine with him sleeping around because she didn't like sex. That means that Mish actually was under the impression that what they were doing was fine and that both Ryan and his wife were onboard with it. The most recent girl definitely knew otherwise based on what she said, but I'm willing to bet that the redhead was also fed the same story about his wife being fine with it.

Based on that, I honestly wouldn't be surprised if the cheating aspect wasn't even a factor for many of these girls - they were young and dumb enough to sincerely take him at his word when he said his wife was fine with it, and since we know for sure he said that to at least one girl and that his manipulation process has been fairly consistent, I would be shocked if he hadn't told every girl that same sob story.

It doesn't really cut both ways. It's only a scandal when a woman goes cradle robbing if she's famous, rich, a politician the media doesn't like or the guy she's banging is an infamous "bad boy."
