Those cuckservative think tanks were meaningless after all if every other institution is ran by the democrat party which Trump has exposed hard.
The GOP conceded social issues to the Democrats as long as they had the economic issues. The GOP ignored the Democrat March through the Institutions because they wanted to tinker with tax rates instead (and failed at it; they just started borrowing bigly instead).

Then once the neocons took over, they stopped caring about that to embrace the Forever Wars and in the process, conceded most business to the Democrats. The GOP fucked themselves out of most everything and have themselves to blame. Guys like Paul Ryan and Mitt Romney were fine being the outer party as long as they could benefit from it.

The GOP can either march through the institutions themselves or tear them down. No, the “the best thing we can do is nothing :smug: ” is no longer an option nor is big brained centrism where the goal is kicking the can down the road and concede to the Democrats.

If Trump had come out and said " no! the voters don't deserve to know" recorded live it would be on 24/7 repeat on every news channel and every newspaper in America.

Biden says it openly and often but not a peep from the media. Its perfectly OK to have contempt for the voters as long as your a democrat politician I guess? Hell it may even be a requirement.

IF Trump does somehow manage to get a win, even with everything stacked against him, he must find a way to de-politicize the media. A true democratic country needs a press that will not just toe the liberal line but actually push for to keep the powers in line.

Sadly current media has 100% sold out to the left, whether from social pressure from their local in group or mounting monetary pressures from a changing industry they are no longer fulfilling their role in our society.

I had hope the inter-net and on-line news agency's would be the ones to save us but it turned out they were the ones racing head first down the path of "the right side of history" the fastest.

How different would our world be if the tech bubble had grown up in the mid-west and not California?

So according to polls, it looks like Biden's "lead" over Trump in pretty much all battleground states is larger than Hillary's lead back in 2016, and Trump won a lot of those battleground states narrowly. From what I've been seeing on online forums, lots of conservatives/MAGA people look pretty down and discouraged over them. Lots of "Well, I really dislike what I'm seeing, but I'm still going to vote ... I can't believe we're probably going to get President Biden" comments.

Okay, I don't get this at all.

So many of the conservatives/MAGA people who saw with their own eyes that the polling in 2016 was way off (and rigged for Hillary Clinton), and was way off in 2018, are now all of a sudden putting stock in these polls. Now they think that they're the real deal?

For fuck's sake, these doomers are so narrow-minded. We're seeing record enthusiasm for an incumbent President, record numbers for Trump in the Republican Party presidential primaries even though he's the only candidate on the primary ballot. Biden having to campaign in states like Pennsylvania and Nevada...

The polls aren't gonna all of a sudden be predictive now. Of course, like what HK-47 said, these polls will only harm Democrat voters because they'll be complacent and think that they have it in the bag when they clearly don't and won't. Meanwhile, Trump supporters will go out to the polls because there is no such thing as a complacent Trump supporter, and they'll vote like they're losing (which means that they'll turn out in record numbers).

but I'd rather Trump and the GOP make an attempt
I don't believe in performative politics. Right now, it's a problem without a solution. If polarization ever dies down, it'll be a solution without a problem.
The GOP conceded social issues to the Democrats as long as they had the economic issues.
They didn't concede, they lost. If you have one party telling you it's fine to let losers cum inside of you or to cum inside of losers, just abort your mistake, and the other is telling you that you're a fuck up and to take responsibility, what party do you think people will gravitate to?

The inherent disadvantage that conservatives have is that the ideology tells people what they don't want to hear. The liberals have no such restrictions.

Well if I had to guess why the MSM is going so hard in on the Biden +15 polling is that it prepares the way for them to later declare Biden prez if Trump does win.

After all if he was polling so far ahead of Trump and lost, well then that's all the evidence we need that Trump and his Russian buddies cheated! So they print everywhere that Biden won and is now official the President of the United States and the Trump's win was illegitimate because of "insert what ever reason they feel will work best: and 1/2 of America agrees with them...then what?

Its all long term pre-planing IMHO

The responses on that Breaking 911 tweet are anything but supportive.

ETA: Cuomo is considered to at least be partially responsible for the large COVID death counts of nursing homes.

ETA: I was not aware that Breaking 911 was like that. It covers a variety of "breakings" so whenever I see it it is almost always something different or non-political. I'm actually not really on twitter a lot. @GuntPunt

Thought Breaking911 was mostly conservative / Trump fans, so I personally disregard any sort of reaction either way. My relatives like Cuomo personally, but as President, not some court jester. Don't think it will change much.

As for actual info and not hot takes, the early vote data from TargetSmart is still ongoing so we should wait until it fills out more before we either panic or celebrate return margins.

However, some data can be found particularly useful. First is this frequency of voter model. It shows that 1st time voters and infrequent voters are way down compared to 2016.

The second shows returns in PA by age. Zoomer and Millenial vote is way down and Boomers are up.

What does this all mean? It means that the 30 million new voters from zoomers and Millenials is NOT happening, which are required for Joe! to have his lead. This is a base election, plain and simple.

Well here are the states comparing Trump numbers from 2016 to 2020. Bascially he is running unopposed for the most part as a few nobodies challenged him and got even higher numbers in almost most cases. Also they got rid of the caucus system, which Trump was weak against that allowed Cruz to get some wins.

There is an error on your chart. Louisiana did have a primary. This time Trump got 195,910 votes compared to 124,854 in 2016. So +71,056 votes.

Trump also offered and even gave him anything that could help prevent mass deaths in an epicenter like New York. The Orange Man always rags on about "I sent him a military ship to house and take care of the elderly!" for a reason. Yet, he threw old folks into pozzed nursing homes just so the nnumbes go up and Drumpf gets owned by most of the Democrat officials and MSM. Whitmer followed suit, and we still don't know the death numbers from him, her, or anyone else who decided to play God.

Cuomo also used neo-slave labor for NYS-brand hand sanitizer and is writing a book about his struggles during the whole thing:

I'm too young to even say this but, Andrew Cuomo (and Fredo) are a pox to their father's name.
