She must have one hell of a personality, or else that's a rubber mask or something, because not even taking her teeth out and holding your drink would make that worth the trouble. I've sure never been drunk enough to stick any part of me into any part of that.
Her teeth look so weird, like she filed them down the way African cannibals do or something. I wonder if she has some kind of syndrome, almost.

Her face probably matches his personality, given his behavior over the past ten years.

You can see that he's clearly backing away even before the gun is drawn:View attachment 1656180

For a side that loves to harp on being on the side of facts, the facts never seem to be on their side.
I'm seeing some similarity between this shooting and the Michael Drejka shooting. Shooter starts a confrontation he has no business starting, guy pushes him but starts walking away, then the shooter pulls out a gun, fires one shot and kills him.

Obvious difference is that the guy that pushed him wasn't black, so this won't be getting nearly as much media attention as the Drejka case. Also the black guy Drejka killed didn't have or use pepper spray. Either way, this doesn't look good for him.

If you aren't familiar, Drejka was sentenced to 20 years for manslaughter. I imagine the security guard LARPing will put him away for additional charges, not even mentioning 9News failing to vet their security guards (or knowingly hiring him, while skipping the vetting process, based on his support of antifa)

Progeria maybe? Or some form of lipodystrophy?

An expense allowance is common in some but not all jobs, it's actually called that on a paycheck. It's taxable income. I know this because I worked on a lawsuit where this came up and I got a declaration from the IRS on it. It's a bit shady as a way for an employee to claim a lower salary by omitting the allowance. Credit cards are replacing it and when employers simply put a limit on it and don't bother with itemization the IRS looks at that as additional income.

Back to the shooter, looks like he married the inbred Dueling Banjos hillbilly from Deliverance:

What the actual fuck is going on in this country

I'm wondering if handing your phone off like that is tampering with evidence or w/e. I am not a law so I have no idea.
As far as I know, you only really get in trouble for that kind of thing if you are served a warrant. For instance, there was a Sheriff in southern New Mexico that got served a warrant for his phone. He was caught on police body cam handing his phone to one of his deputies AFTER reading the warrant that asked for that specific phone. It got him into way more trouble because of the specific wording of the warrant. It's a weird and ducky area of the specificities of warrants. Some attorneys will ask for a client's phone depending on if it might have information that might ha their client. It looks like he knew he was fucked and probably had stuff on his phone that could serve as evidence. Handing off the phone might play into the premeditated part of the first degree murder charge, but who knows. Definitely not me.

Honestly, she looks nice. Bit funny looking, but she radiates happiness so.. meh?

I'm not a doctor, but I used to watch Quincy on TV when I was a kid.

One strange thing I've noticed is that there's little to no mention of any security training or work experience. Does Pinkerton just hire any old dude with a CCW, and aren't there higher standards for commercial security work than for personal CCW?
I have friends who worked for Pinkerton. They hire absolute dregs for unarmed security, and I would not be surprised if their standards for armed security is just “has a CCW”. Literally, they hire otherwise unemployables to do stuff like guard job sites, and those guards are lowlifes who chase off thieves then strip the copper fixtures for themselves.

The only reason you are confused is because you think the guy arguing in the Black Guns Matter shirt is the shooter.

It isn't.
What? Isn't the black guns matter guy the victim? I can't see his shirt too clearly but it looks like a black something matters shirt. The shooter is wearing a plain colored shirt.

Don't know about the jam part but if it was true, then it was a sign God was giving him a chance to think about what he was about to do and he ignored it.

Honestly, she looks nice. Bit funny looking, but she radiates happiness so.. meh?
I hear you. I don't know anything about her or her leanings or if she's complicit so I'm going to refrain from ripping on the poor girl. For all we know she may have known her husband was a sperg but not to the degree that he'd kill someone and now she's dealing with her husband facing murder 1 when all she wanted to do was sell honey at some midwest gun show.

The sheer irony of an antifag actually working for the Pinkertons and still believing they're fighting for the proletariat is nothing short of amazing. It really sums up everything about the current year left, doesn't it?

This could be fun. I do know at least two of the groups named have no fucking clue what this is and want nothing to do with it.
The other thing to keep in mind is that protests designed, planned, and intended to be peaceful can quickly go south when the fringe element on either side learn of the protest and decide to co-opt it for their own political purposes, gain, and self promotion join in. When that happens, the original organizers are the ones blamed for things getting violent even though they had nothing to do with the agitators horning in on their protest.

Okay, now I'm scared.
Would they qualify as tankies?

This is the most confusing story in the world right now. The original shooting video shows him as the aggressor, very much acting like a BLM/antifa. The news station reports he's one of their contractors, but he's not licensed to work as a guard, but why in the hot buttered fuck would a news station lie about a murderer caught on camera being employed by them? What possible motivation would they have to expose themselves to that kind of liability and bad press? You would think that before running a story that makes them look that bad, they'd at least check on the HR records or whatever to make sure all their ducks are in a row re: the psychopath they hired.

The Denver PD is saying that he has no ties to antifa or whatever, and why would the PD lie in a way that's sympathetic to antifa? I don't think even the portland PD is that pozzed.

I've always heard that security guards are the people who wanted to be cops but couldn't pass even the meager qualifications for that. They tend to be either wildly incompetent or absolute powermad psychopaths.

This is, thus far, the most plausible explanation I've seen. The antifa reporter is the guy who was arrested with him, right?
It's very clear that the left and the MSM has decided that if the right even gets one minor detail wrong about a story, they can scream about "spreading misinformation." Like two weeks ago when Joe Rogan said that Antifa was starting wildfires in the Northwest and got a minor detail wrong and was forced to apologise because they weren't "officially" Antifa or something.

They themselves will make the story as confusing as possible so that if someone on the right gets a minor detail wrong they can disregard the whole thing AND Reeeeeee and play victim.

Yeah, but is she single now? That's the important question here.
