Before this gets sniped by someone else, here's the breakdown.

The two guys featured in the thread are Adam Kovic, of FunHaus, and Ryan Haywood, of Achievement Hunter.

FunHaus is branch of Roosterteeth that joined the company in or around 2015. Achievement Hunter is the original gaming division of Roosterteeth founded in 2008 by Geoff Ramsey and Jack Patillo. Geoff is considered as one of the original founding fathers of Roosterteeth as a company, but that's not important here.

Adam Kovic got catfished, and Ryan Haywood is just a mess - in the initial leaks, there wasn't much info on his involvement or the extent of his crimes, until Tess came forward. Then everything else just snowballed.

As for everyone else, the chick who went to Japan with Ryan is Meg Turney. She used to work for Roosterteeth, specifically as part of 'The Patch', with Ryan, Ashley and Gus*. She is currently in a long-term relationship with Gavin Free. There have been jokes about why the two aren't married yet, and with this scandal and speculation about, it could indicate why. Gavin Free is one half of 'The Slow Mo Guys', and literally started that channel to acquire a visa to travel to and work in the USA.

Caiti Ward, who had that 35 minute Instagram video as watched by nobody important, is Jack's wife. She's a charity activist, but otherwise she's behind the scenes and doesn't feature much unless attention is handed out like candy, i.e. Extra Life.

The RT Executive who was charged with DV is Michael Quinn, and he was VP of Product and Engineering at the company.

Burnie Burns, one of the original founding fathers, left the company earlier this year. There's trash talk about him as he hired Ashley, got into a relationship with her, married her, then left the company before any sketchy business could be brought up about the power play.

There's a lot of inter-office relationships at the company, and you'd think their HR department would have some rules in place for it. Unfortunately, as most things were done in house until WarnerMedia picked them up, the culture just ran rampant and everything was given the blind eye.

For any other people mentioned in conversation, they're just employees of RT, FH or AH who have worked with Ryan or Adam, in one capacity or another. Jeremy will get brought up the most, as he had a group dynamic with Ryan as their duo was called 'Battle Buddies', and they made content together with the moniker.

*Note: Gus is God. Nothing could come out about him that wouldn't disgust me, given what he's done for charity already...

Michael and Lindsay are married. Lindsay is the voice of Ruby from RWBY, so they both work for the company and their livelihoods are closely tied to the company succeeding.

Jeremy is also married, but to someone who I don’t THINK has much of anything to do with RT.

Geoff is also one of the founders of RT, divorced, and generally seen as trustworthy. People are speculating he’ll give a half-teary rundown of the Ryan drama once RT has their shit together.

This is pretty accurate as far as I recall. The only thing I'd add is that it's not unusual in the RT world for fans to become spouses... and it's even more common to see RT people who have dated/fucked.

Barbara Dunkleman has been a RT person for years, has also been part of the RWBY voice crew. She's dated/fucked a few RT people - one of which is suspected Gavin.. She's now dating Trevor I think. Fiona (new AH) is dating someone on the crew too...think Alfredo? Burnie's second wife was a fan.

So yeah, long story short...dating/fucking/marrying within the community is not uncommon. Which may be a slight factor in this fuckfest.... no one thought it was weird to shit where you eat because everyone else has been doing it.

That honestly seems very likely. Drinking on the job was not only allowed, but encouraged (within a certain amount of reason); they did indeed have a form of "hazing" at the company, as they tended to fuck with newbies the most and usually filmed it; and it was definitely not uncommon for some inter-company "mingling" to be going on, as was previously stated. RT was very much run like a social fraternity, and I mean that in the worst way possible.
