I don't know if you guys are watching the RT TV livestream right now, and I don't know how to record it or archive it since its still streaming, but Jack and MIcheal are talking about Ryan. Jack stated a couple minutes in that they are wiping the slate clean and removing all mention of Ryan possible on the website. He also stated that they do not care that a video featuring Ryan has a million views, they are taking it down anyways. He warns to not be suprised when a video featuring Ryan is taken down. Also, Micheal says no Off-Topic tomorrow, theyre just going to be playing Zelda on stream.

On the subject of the Twitter accounts - I think that 10 year old account is real. Allegedly he didn’t always have Twitter and he got it for an Extra Life goal (apparently 7 years ago). I find it hard to believe that a guy working in social media didn’t have a Twitter account before then so my guess is he always did, he just kept it secret. Then when the charity thing happened he “signed up” for one that people knew about, pretending like it was his first one but this one has been lurking there all the time.

It sucks the whole episode gets destroyed, not just the Ryan part, but keeping that shit is like keeping photos of "your ex who cheated on you" up on the mantle with current family photos. It would be sort of weird and creepy to keep them, at least for his co-hosts.

Considering that grown men are literally crying on the current livestream over this betrayal, it's pretty clear they don't want to see Ryan's pedo face anymore. Also it prevents the inevitable dislike bombing they'll get from anti-Ryan public backlash, and it's symbolic to cutting ties.

Yeah, I’m not a fan of removing any and all videos featuring him. Those videos mean something to people. That aside, this isn’t even like with the Game Grumps and ProJared, where they took down, like, one or two videos. Ryan was in a LOT of their content, including, like, ALL their Minecraft vids. And he is one of about six people in all these videos.

That's actually kind of sad, not gonna lie. I know the audience is all "seeing him makes me LITERALLY want to puke now", but he was in a shitload of content. I am sure I am not the only former RT simp who can separate the art from the artist and watches an old AH video from time to time, and still might. He's in probably at least 2/3 of AH content, and in almost every video of their long running Gmod, Minecraft, and GTA series. Not to mention RWBY and live action videos.

ETA: It seemed like Michael was saying there was "obvious content" that would be edited/taken down and merch taken down. So it may not be 100% of the content, just things with questionable jokes or that have Ryan as the focus. Time will tell.

I would wonder about state legality vs federal. I mean, these girls traveled across state lines before IRL fucking.

Also, would they have to come forward? A prosecutor wouldnt be able to pursue the case anyway? I doubt they would put in the effort without a complaining victim, but in some crimes, you dont need the victim to be the one asking.
