Again, due to text limit issues, I'm forced to improvise on how to organize shit. There will probably be more added to this in the future following the hearings at the end of this month but for now, this is all I got.
Child Abuse Accusations
It should be noted that accusations have come out from both parties against one another. This is not a one-sided issue. Below are all of the accusations plus links back to the original comments (when applicable) to further solidify evidence.
Deb has allegedly accused Gabe of:
- Causing acid burns on the children
- Showing Snuff, Gore, & Bestiality porn to the kids (this was also repeated here)
- Potentially drowning the kids
On the acid burns:
This came up during the conversation between Gabe & another KF user on Telegram
Gabe claims he was the one working on the lawn & that she slapped him when he told her to keep Damian out of the yard. There is a text proving she did slap him at one point but I'm unsure if this is related to the above incident. According to Gabe, she sent this text to his mother
When asked about the burns, Deb claimed they were from ant spray done by technicians.
This contradicts Gabe's statement that he was the one taking care of the lawn. He can't even take care of his own fursuit though & due to the heavy regulations on pesticide in California, I doubt he actually took care of the lawn himself. Whoever applied the lawncare though aught to be careful with what they say as they could be in serious legal trouble with the state for causing injury to Damian.

An email surfaced from either a nanny or a social worker accusing Gabe of:
- Not paying attention to the kids & looking at his phone instead
- Leaving Perry unattended in his stroller for over an hour while following Damian around
- Neglecting Perry's cries despite sitting right next to him
- Didn't feed or change Perry until he was told to
Gabe claimed that this was a nanny that Deb paid off or threatened under duress to lie about what she witnessed. When asked to provide evidence of this claim, he refused, claiming that her privacy was more important than his children.
Valuing certain things above his children has actually been a common thread as Gabe's said twice that he values his personal safety and reputation over his own children
Even outside of this situation, Gabe's not very attentive as he (and presumably Gabe's mother) allowed Damian to pull off books from a bookshelf. Take note of the heavier books located on the upper shelf he's reaching for.
Taking parenting advice from a Zoosadist is also a really bad look
As of June 2020, the deadbeat had only produced a few hundred dollars in child support. Gabe parading this money as some big win shows that he has no idea what the cost of childcare is - especially in 1 of the most historically expensive states for childcare

Deb has in fact accused Gabe of having been neglectful when they were still living together. On numerous occasions, she stated she had to leave work in order to return home and take care of the kids due to him:
- not changing diapers
- feeding them weird food
- leaving them alone unattended for hours on end
- at one point letting Damian become severely dehydrated after leaving him unattended in a garage for several hours. There was a witness for the abandonment issue who I believe testified to the family court. If that's the case, that may be why Gabe was only allowed monitored visitation rights.
There is some evidence to show that Gabe has fed the kids weird food. It's worth noting that one of the boys has a gluten intolerance & the other has a lactose intolerance.
Important to note: Damian has been diagnosed w/ autism. Deb has apparently gotten Damian counselling for the disorder but Gabe tried to push her away from it.
These claims are supported by behaviors exhibited in this tweet--
--as well as this comment. There is actually consistent enough behavior to show that Gabriel not only does not respond to therapy, but also actively turns away from it. This trait has been existent since (by his accounts) high school

As you can clearly see, Gabriel does not have a healthy mental association w/ therapy. He views the act of seeking treatment for trauma as being a failure. What chance does Damian stand to grow up and be a healthy, productive member of society if he isn't allowed to seek therapy that will undoubtedly be needed?
Mental health aside, Gabe also seemingly ignores Deb's concerns as a parent & healthcare professional in lieu of accusing her of having Munchausen by Proxy.
While this can go either way, I personally take Deb's word that Gabe is gaslighting her over the idea that she has Munchausen, given that she hasn't had any of the running characteristics of someone with MBPD. Typically people with the disorder spend every waking minute of their free-time seeking attention on behalf of their child's supposed illnesses. Deb's internet activity before nuking her accounts showed no sign of this what-so-ever. These aren't even over-the-top illnesses like you would see in most cases. Most of this (aside from the seizure, which was a one-off incident) was very common health phenomenon that occur in small children. It just doesn't make any sense.
Moving on, Gabe had also allowed someone with a heroin addiction move into the home which is an accusation that Gabe himself has brought up several times.
Deb claims that the money she gave him to buy Christmas & birthday gifts for the kids was spent on himself so he could go to Further Confusion
There is evidence of Gabe attending FurCon 2020. Usually Gabe would document any conventions he has attended on his Wikifur--
--however, note the lack of update after 2018. This is not due to inactivity on his part. It could be argued that this lack of update is solely on him as he hasn't been actively updating his Wiki page since 2018.
I doubt this though as a lookup of the IP address listed in the edits dating from 2019 show a source in Oakdale, CA (Gabe's home)

Rather than going to see his infant child who was being afflicted with a severe, potentially life-threatening illness, he CLAIMS he stayed at home. His excuse was that he simply didn't have time or the ability to get a ride to the hospital
At the time, it was unclear when Gabe got his first car. However, later research turned up that he got the car in March that year (2 months later). Even putting that aside, the hospital Damian was being treated at was discovered to be <2 MILES AWAY FROM HIS HOUSE
Given that we know he wasn't at home at this time, being tired was just an excuse to explain why he wouldn't go. Even if he was home though, what kind of father can't even be bothered to get off his ass and go 2 miles out of his way to see their son in the hospital? Gabe puts up this huge front about " wanting to protect his babies " when it's convenient, but when it's actually fucking go time, he's not there. This situation RIGHT HERE is exactly what I mean when I say that Gabe values his fetishes over his own sons. He would rather be at an orgy in San Jose than by his son's side.
Hell, I'll go a step further on this. Why didn't Gabe ask his father to take him to the hospital?
Surely the grandfather would have a vested interest in his own grandson's safety? He did throw down $14K of his retirement money into funding Gabe's legal fees after all.
What about Gabe's mother? The woman who is a literal fucking helicopter that hovered over her son the entire time, making him the absolute most useless piece of shit that he is now?
I'd ask about why his brothers didn't help but one of them is still living with mommy and the other one doesn't exactly seem like he's all that useful either.

- Potentially lied & tried to frame Deb as being irresponsibly by intentionally leaving pills on the floor for the children to potentially swallow

Lastly, and most recently, Gabe had an interview with The Corridors on April 7, 2022. I'm not sure if there's more to this interview than what's publicly shown, but in the 11 minute clip that was uploaded, most of the discussion was heavily revolved around bestiality and pedophilia. The reason this is important is because at 9:50, you can clearly hear that he had one of the children in the room while conducting this interview.
To re-iterate: Gabe was discussing bestiality and pedophilia IN FRONT OF HIS CHILD
For some reason though, he simultaneously holds the hypocritical stance that " minors should not be allowed to watch any interview with me " as a defense to why he's false-flagging everything off the internet.

Gabe has levied his own fair share of accusations at Deb as well. For instance, in a text message exchange between the 2, he claimed that she once told him she dragged a child w/ special needs across the pavement

There is the rather uncomfortable discussion of her engaging in NSFW Telegram groups while using a profile pic that shows her young child in it which is admittedly gross
She may or may not have left the children alone w/ strangers at conventions
This one can be called into question though due to the fact that on multiple podcasts w/ the Furry Raiders, Gabe claimed to be the one primarily responsible for watching the children so that Deb can take a break after working to support all 4 of them. It's also worth re-iterating that Gabriel allowed Foxler to be in contact with Damian. Even if he wasn't allowed to be ALONE with Damian, the fact Gabe allowed someone who was on trial for sexual misconduct w/ a minor for the better part of 2019-2020 near his son is disgusting. Here's what Deb had to say about that

When confronted w/ this reckless behavior, she allegedly laughed it off. This person also claimed that Deb was trying to milk Gabe for money which is an absolutely absurd concept
Deb responded to this accusation privately claiming that the individual in question may just be spiteful due to being evicted after failure to pay rent. One of the individuals who skimped on rent had to leave their fursuit behind in order for Deb to sell it & make back some of the money she lost

- 6/16/2019 – (1) Police report filed by Deb. He admits to yelling at his wife for 10 minutes straight. Tries to play it off as he wasn't yelling " that loud. " Claims Deb lied to the 911 dispatcher then says " That's not illegal. " That in itself is a lie. Claims he has evidence from 4 different people that she lied but wouldn't provide it
- 6/18/19 – (2) Gabe publicly announces their “ open relationship “ on Twitter (see OP)
- 6/19/19 - (1 & 7) Deb filed an Ex Parte, Domestic Violence Petition w/ Minor children, & a subsequent Confidential Clets. Another 911 report that evening was made where Gable claims Deb slammed a door on his hand while holding baby formula. Unsure who called.
- 6/21/19 - (7) Deb was denied a temporary restraining order but files for a Domestic Violence hearing
- Sometime in 7/19 (1) - he claims that Deb was secretly recording him. He took her phone and then deleted the recordings. She called the cops and told them what he did, to which he says IN THE SAME POST " she lied about me deleting stuff from her phone ".
- 7/3/19 - (7) Deb files for a Fee Waiver as well as a Petition for Dissolution
- 7/4/19 2pm - (6) Deb took 2 laptops she " shared " with Gabe. Also took his hard drives while he was taking a mid-day nap
- 7/5/19 – (3) Gabe publicly announces Deb has filed for divorce.
- 7/6/19 - (6) - Gabe was " hacked " when Deb accessed various social media profiles that he didn't sign out of on a laptop that she had legal ownership over.
- 7/8/19 - (7) Fee waiver & Temporary Emergency Orders on Deb's behalf were denied. Request For Order FL-300 filed & Domestic Violence Re-issued on Deb's behalf
- 7/31/19 - (4) Someone allegedly stole his college textbooks
- 8/3/19 – (5) He failed to respond to the divorce. Deb files for default & attempts to evict Gabe from the house. Gabe filed for a request to vacate the default. Due to Gabe's name being on the mortgage, Deb wasn't able to evict Gabe as he has partial legal claim to it
- 8/6/19 – (5) Deb moved out of the house & gave Gabe permission to rent but she allegedly left a huge mess
- 8/7/19 – (5) Deb accused Gabe of stealing her divorce papers
- 8/8/19 – (5) 2 potential roommates + a guest visit the house
- 8/9/19 – (5) Deb forgot to change the shipping address on a package of vegetables which were subsequently delivered to the Oakdale house. Gabe held them as collateral in exchange for the 2 laptops and hard drives she took. No one got shit.
- 8/10/19 – (5) Gabe goes to a convention & accuses Deb of trashing the house while he’s away. Apparently she “ traumatized the potential roommates " by causing damage to their property. (If they’re only looking at the room, why would they leave their shit there? People who have not signed papers to be renting a space don't usually leave their shit at a stranger's house)
- 8/30/19 - (7) Gabe files for a Fee Waiver which is granted
- 9/4/19 - (7) Gabe requested Temporary Emergency Orders (which were denied the same day). He also filed for a Request For Order FL-300
- 9/25/19 & 10/31/19 - (7) Courts attempt to mediate custody dispute via 2 separate counselling sessions on each date as well as a 5-hour trial on 10/31
- 11/20/19 - (7) Deb files yet another FL-300 which appears to have resulted in a case management conference on the 21st & 26th
- 12/2019 – Deb gave Gabe a laptop owned by a babyfur (presumably meaning AlohaWolf) but forgot to sign out of her Telegram. Gabe asks his uncle if it’s legal to access those accounts to which Gabe claims he said yes. (This is false. At best, you can say the law is undefined as there have been so few cases on the issue to solidify a law – at worst, you’re breaking a number of privacy laws, which include Party Consent laws.) Gabe proceeds to rummage through her personal messages in order to collect dirt. He goes on to admit in the very next comment he posts that it’s illegal to post someone else’s private conversations publicly. Statement from Gabe saying he does not own the laptop
- 3/12/20 - (7) Case was referred to Family Court Services which means that things had escalated to a point where they could no longer be peacefully mediated. This is just 2 weeks after this thread was made public. Not saying those 2 are related but it's worth pointing out
- 9/17/20 - 9/21/20 - (7) Gabe files for an Ex Parte, FL-300, AND Temporary Emergency Orders. TEO was granted. This was a response made after Deb moved from Ceres to somewhere in SoCal without notifying the judges. The boys were shipped back home & housed with a cousin as Gabe was not allowed to have unsupervised visitation w/ the children according to her.
- 10/07/20 - (7) An order was issued appointing a Child Custody Evaluator
- 12/06/20 - (7) Family Court Services files a report
- 3/09/21 - 3/11/21 - (7) Gabe yet again files for TEO, which are granted. I believe at this point, Deb hadn't moved home yet. She would be back in Ceres sometime in June / July
- 5/03/21 - (7) Child Custody Evaluation Report was filed
- 7/22/21 - 7/27/21 - (7) Deb petitioned a case management hearing. In every single instance, it would seem that Deb is the one petitioning which seems a lil strange to me.
Death Threats / Abuse
Throughout various posts, Gabe has accused Deb, the members of the Farms, and random furries of trying to have him murdered. He posts absolutely zero proof of this the entire time except for a single slip of paper that he claims is a Case Number filed against Ruslan, a furry who allegedly threatened him with an AK-47. There are other claims of abuse but he won't elaborate on them. I'll do my best to post them in the order they were posted.

As you can see, Gabe heavily censored the screenshots which he implies are between Deb and Ruslan. His reasoning is that if he shares all of it uncensored, then Ruslan will be able to find his address & threaten him IRL. This is exceedingly stupid because it really wouldn't matter either way if he censored Ruslan's info or not. If he wanted Gabe's address, it's easily traceable. In the process of this argument, Gabe posted SaphyKitten's (the man who " spread rumors " about Gabe trying to bring Damian to a cub room party) full legal name. This was more than likely a ploy to get attention off of himself & onto Saphy

It's worth noting that according to Gabe, his court-ordered therapist allegedly encouraged him to keep posting to the Forum.
This is directly contradicted by an earlier post from Gabe where he states that all involved legal parties have advised both Deb AND Gabe to NOT discuss anything related to the divorce publicly
There are some other contradictions that he's stated I'd like to briefly go over as well. Gabe stated numerous times that he is in fact " an open book " and that the concept of privacy means nothing to him.

One thing that was pretty common for him to spout off is that people's sexual lives do not need to be private. If they don't need to be private, then that means your now public aspect of your life is free to be criticized. Jfc, where's CPS when you really need them? If I was a social worker and saw all this I'd take the kids out of there in a heartbeat.
And knowing one of the kids has severe autism just makes this shit show even worse and just paints Gabe as an even worse human being. Does he have ANY redeeming qualities? At all?

I'm not sure what the extent of Damian's autism is either. I don't think it's severe though as he's still able to effectively communicate what he wants
Usually severe cases implies non-verbal or non-communicative. AFAIK, he just acts out, has outbursts, and of course that nervous tick mentioned in the last post. Provided he stays in counseling and receives proper education throughout childhood, he should be fine.
