This thing is, thankfully, in custody atm. As with all these other freaks, the word "vulnerable" is being bandied about in court with the predictable threat of self-harm.

An obvious threat to women everywhere and yet he sees himself as the vulnerable one, laughable if it weren't so heinous. A secure mental institution would be a better option than jail, imo.

He only has one eyebrow but I think that's the filter getting confused. Either way those...sideburns are so baffling. It's like he put on a bald cap filter.
