Twitter replaced Trump's post with the video with the text twitter.com/404 for a while. I tried and apparently failed to archive it as it was changed. After a small period of time, they reverted it, sort-of -- the video now says "This video has been Deleted" which is not a standard error message and not something, I do not believe, that an end user can do.

The video said it came from "Team Trump" as well, so it might be some mechanism about retweeting videos or Twitter syncing multiple posts of the same video so they have the same views -- IIRC, this is what the kpop pedo faggots do with their little generic goblins to show their unrelenting devotion to the consoomer cult.
