Statutory rape is C.P.C. 261.5.

They have loopholes that allow defendants to downgrade the charge to a misdemeanor, and further research shows some cases if there's a continued relationship into adult hood - which it seems like there was - its knocked down and they usually get a small fine (under 1k) and probation. I'm pretty sure that's only the case in some instances where the crime specifically involves crossing state lines, like interstate trafficking. Normally you avail yourself to the laws of the place in which you commit the crime, and you would be held accountable to that state's laws.

So if I crossed state lines to Wisconsin and Ryan'd someone, the victim would have the protection of Wisconsin's justice system, and that system would hold me to account.

The filing itself is a matter of public record as is the status of it. As for the information or allegations it would depend on the parties and state law but a lot can be censored, specially when children are involved. Some other things can also be filed as highly confidential and what not, but eventually some of the juicy tid-bits will leak, and court minutes are usually available for general knowledge of proceedings.
I am not a lawyer mind you, but I know people who have undergone divorce and talked to me about their experience before. Your best bet is to prob ask a lawyer or a (((super))) chat to Nick to get a 100% valid answer. Hope it helps.
