A Null compliant Section 230 change would be to say that if a business is large (turnover/staff size) and is a natural monopoly (Facebook, Twitter, etc) then it can't discriminate based on viewpoints or it loses §230 protections. It'd be easy to set the criteria so it literally only affects Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Google, etc and there are multiple reasons it won't affect somewhere like Kiwi Farms which is basically an Internet version of the girl's bathroom.

If I was writing it I'd make sure that it didn't affect smaller competitors to Google, Facebook, and Twitter too. It's like it was legal for Microsoft to have tying agreements up until it was declared an abusive monopoly but not afterward. Apple, which has a much lower market share, is not affected by that ruling.

The Falun Gong believe in some very odd things but they're also probably funding a lot of anti-CCP sources like the Epoch Times and China Uncensored. And all religions believe in some very odd things. At some point, you have to realize you can't be that picky about who you have on your side when the other side has more people. Taiwan seems to have no problems letting the Falun Gong operate and if it was some sort of Scientology like operation I'm sure they'd have noticed by now. So real quick question regarding the intricacies of data ownership and privacy. So when Hunter Biden defaulted on payment to the computer repair shop after the man running it made good faith attempts to contact him, that passed ownership of the device to the man, correct? So that also includes any data stored on that laptop? Because I assume that Rudy wouldn't have published the emails if they were ripped straight off Hunters live email account.

They could make the argument that the repair tech exceeded the authorized access after they had fixed it. They also may be able to make the argument in regards to accessing his emails since most clients us IMAPS where the emails are stored on the server and cached locally.
