Giuliani already said he's releasing it fully 10 days before the election. They are dripping it out this way to establish credibility, try to trap the Biden/DNC into a lie by defending it a la James O'Keefe and Project Veritas, and they are ensuring that nothing gets buried under a deluge on information released into the wild all it once.
Doing it this way adds a measure of control that makes sure the focus is on what you want it to be. It's a solid tactic even if I don't like it. Necessary since the American public has shown by 5pm they forget what the news was at 9 that morning.

It's Sean Hannity so take it with a grain of salt, but he mentioned on the radio today to look forward to next week. From what he was told, it's supposed to be a bombshell week about Hunter 'cause like only 10-15% of what was on the hard drive is what's been brought up/confirmed to the public. Also was previously brought up that a friend of Hunter's is spilling some beans, so that may be playing a part in it.
