If you're quoting Family Guy unironically & referring to your boyfriend as "your fella," you are either Goons herself or just as autistic as she is. Frankly, I'm not sure which is worse.

The Family Guy thing, yeah. But referring to male partners as 'yer fella' is fairly common parlance in the UK, just as the equivalent for female partners would be 'the missus'

I can confirm the “play the autism card” thing to be true, though. Not just for things the average neurotypical person might consider to be a little strange, but for really shitty behaviour that wouldn’t necessarily be attributed to ASD/Aspergers.

Just generally being rude, making inappropriate comments and being disrespectful to people. Like I say, I had no idea about her online antics until a few months ago but she did have a friend group in high school who shared the same interests as her. They were kinda the minority (here, anyway) in being interested in MLP, anime etc. and didn’t want extra attention drawn to them from certain other teens who would make petty comments about them being childish or whatever.
