If she's registered as a business that can generate revenue, she can "write-off" things that she has purchased for her business. This will be deducted from her revenue and that is the amount for which she is taxed. But it's not 100%, as mentioned above, food is 50% so it's not like everything is free. And she has to have kept ever single receipt which, well, it's her, she probably ate them.
