Nah man, you are being too hard on him. He is deffo better than a 2 or rather he COULD be if he just tried to lookafter himself a bit. With a light stubble beard, hitting the gym a bit (his naked pic showed he has a well defined body, He could look great bodywise with a bit of weightlifting) and a decent hairdo he could have a fairly attractive look.
He has a retard face still though....he will always look a bit "off" in the head. But thats cuz....he is.

According to the replies to the tweet, it has something to with him dressing like a girl for a night, while simultaneously trying to raise money for trans people.
If he really wanted to donate to those charities, I don’t know why he just doesn’t do the stream minus the crossdressing.

I love that the idea of him getting COVID himself isn't even the issue here. He's not sperging out because he's scared for his family.
