Nuka Zeus is a White man who identifies as Black. He injects himself with melanotan to become Black. He also hates White people, and has a "FUCK WHITES" tattoo. He claims that he was always Black, and that as a kid, he didn't ever fit in with White people.

Origin story:
The background music on that one is really unique.
From the start of my life I always felt different, and I was always treated differently. For some unknown reason, I always gravitated to Black people, and I never felt fully comfortable or safe around people who weren't Black. It's like I was claustrophobic around non-Black people, and my social anxiety would go crazy.

By the time middle school came around, society had basically officially labelled me Black. But I knew that my physical features ... were different.

I felt like the ugly duckling, like the only one that war born different, and deformed. So, in middle school, I started dreaming and fantasizing about becoming a millionaire just so I could get plastic surgery on my whole body.
