The term is "vexatious litigant." I don't know how close Russ is to being deemed one as the standards vary from state to state and on the federal level. Josh did speculate on a stream that Russell's move to Nevada was partially prompted by being in danger of being deemed a vexatious litigant in Utah (the other reason is obvious).

So, he could be denied his pro se status, and only then he could be declared frivalous litigant. That being said, once that happens, it is very easy to become frivalous in Utah. Looking through their gov page, he fits literally every example listed. Best part? Most states keep list of all the frivalous litigants on their gov page. Sadly Utag's list is not public.

Even those dirty old fucks who like to sue all their neighbors for ridiculous reasons like a neighbor's security cam pointing into their backyard have some sort of legal footing.

Russ has never filed a suit that wasn't "I want the courts to legally force this person to do something that the courts can't enforce and my damages are one sad peepee". We don't know the full story (likely because Russ couldn't think of a way to rewrite history to make himself look like the underdog) but we do know that he left an angry reaction on his adopted sister's engagement photo, and Russell posted that his adopted dad apparently went to breakfast with him at ihop either the day before the wedding or some other short time beforehand. Again, we don't know exactly what went down, but Evanston to SLC is a pretty long drive to go to ihop, and there was a lot of speculation as to why only the dad was going. The assumption this thread came to was that his dad was either laying down ground rules for attending the wedding (no mentioning hookers, lawsuits, Taylor Swift, etc.) or telling him he wasn't allowed to attend. Either way, Russell does not appear to have attended the wedding, no matter what they were discussing.

As for the "asking his sister to give him a ride" thing, that was for a different wedding, this one, with one of the people he used to be friends with. The post in the link has the story there. And yes, he also gave an angry reaction to their engagement photo.

Edit: After looking through some old posts I have bookmarked it seems as though the ihop meeting may have been the day before the engagement announcement, not the wedding proper, but I definitely recall seeing an angry reaction on his sister's facebook post about her engagement. The ihop meeting happened in late 2017 and she got married in Spring of 2018.

We know that Russhole wouldn't have been able to attend the ceremony, because only Mormons in good standing can go into their temples. We've speculated on whether or not he was invited to the reception or not, but there's no actual evidence on the subject. It's amazing how he's wrong on so many levels. There is no duty to accept his song, there is no exception to the unsolicited works policy for gifts, there is no duty for Taylor to respond in any way no matter how much effort he put in, and she is not liable for making him think any of this would work. I've learned in life that it's hard to convince someone they're wrong in two ways, as in, if someone says "x is going to happen and that's bad because it will cause y to happen," it's easier to convince them that x isn't going to happen or that y isn't going to be a bad thing, but telling them both isn't as convincing. In addition to Russell's inability to realize he's wrong about anything, trying to convince him that he's wrong in any capacity of his attempt to "woo" Taylor will require uprooting every single aspect of the entire story he has written and rewritten in his head. He's so wrong and so confident in every single level of how wrong he is that there is no way to undo his twisted thought process.
