Jeff always needed to take a side and just go scorched earth on the others. Either pick the troons or FYAD and drive the other faction off the site with mass bannings and open antagonism. Obviously it would be more sensible to pick FYAD because they don't engage in purity spirals or have an unquenchable sense of grievance that would turn SA into ResetEra. But the worst thing he could do is try to accommodate them both, because he would be presiding over a perpetual civil war that both sides want to drag him into. So naturally he chose that last option, because Lowtax at least used to have a spine, Jeff never did.

FYADers were the original cry in QCS posters until such and such group got banned. The troons just got in on this more recently, and out QCSed FYAD. Both groups are mostlly unrelateable to actual humans, and neither groups humor makes sense to anyone not afflicted by extreme mental illness.

I think the decision of who to side with depends mostly on the severity and form of mental illness that afflicts Jeffery.
