Part 5: Financial Situations​

I asked Gabe who's name was on the deed to the house in Oakdale. Even though Gabe should have been able to easily answer it & would have something to brag about, he chose not to for some bizarre reason.

Deb, despite seeing how much of a deadbeat loser Gabe was, made the foolish decision to allow him to sign onto the paperwork when closing for the house.

That's why when she filed for divorce & tried to have him evicted, it failed. Even though he's not paying any bills on this property himself, he still has legal claim to it simply because Deb let the monkey sign the dotted line. As a result, she's apparently filing for bankruptcy & he may be ordered to pay child support + arrears soon.

Gabe's Wages

There are 2 possibilities with this statement:

1. He' lying in order to make himself feel superior to everyone OR
2. Gabe's committing fraud. More on this later

For now, keep in mind that Gabe claims he makes $5,200/m

I can not stress this enough that I highly doubt Gabe is earning this much IDEPENDENTLY. Reasons being:

• His work history is spotty
• The work history he DOES have is mostly manual labor temp jobs or background acting gig work

I would like to add that Gabe claims he works on luxury vehicles. He won't tell you where he works because he doesn't want to get fired but it's pretty obvious based on his location, he works at the Fremont Tesla plant. He stated he works as a forklift operator but I doubt that because

1. I doubt he's smart enough to actually work a forklift without seriously injuring himself and/or someone else
2. You need to be certified in order to get a job as an operator (which AFAIK, he isn't) &
3. He's said certain things across Telegram rooms that make me have strong doubts

As of August 5, 2021 though, we would receive definitive confirmation that he does work at Tesla after Gabe stupid posted to the Farms while on the job, using the company wifi

Just to be clear for those who've never had to work jobs like this: Even though most manufacturing jobs (and even retail) claim that you need to be certified to do forklift work, if they're short-staffed, they will pull people from other departments and just give you a quick 10 min briefing on how to operate the machinery. This comment makes me think that's what's happening. Is it illegal? Yeah. Will companies do it anyways? Abs-o-fucking-lutely.

I know this was 1 of my bullets but I wanna drive this home. The majority of his publicly listed jobs in his work history were Seasonal Hires in Logistics or retail. Speaking as someone who's actually worked in those positions before, contracts usually range from 1-3 months, usually ending on or a few days/weeks after New Year's Day. If you look closely at the history, you'll see that AT MOST he worked 2 weeks at those jobs. Otherwise his employment length ranged anywhere from 1-5 days. Gabe would like you to believe that these were the true lengths of his contracts

Gabe's claimed position is that he's a Tesla Forklift Operator. These positions pay between $18-$20/hr.

Given that most corporations will not pay someone the max pay if they're new to that position, let's assume that Gabe makes $18/hr. We have a rough estimate of the amount of time Gabe works thanks to this article

Keep in mind that Tesla has had numerous complaints about paying their workers overtime and is (or was) facing a class action lawsuit due to not paying their workers OT

Now that we have that info, let's calculate:

Let's compare to what Gabe claims he makes (5,200 x 12 = 62,400)

So even taking his word on where & how much he works, he's still off by $500+. For an accountant, that kind of discrepancy is not something to scoff at.

Now given we have all those figures, let's take a moment to remember that he also makes money via Renter's Income. This means his expenses are going to be significantly lower than someone only relying on one form of income. Keep this in mind as we move forward.

The Oakdale House
Since we already have certain pieces of info about the house, I decided to see what their mortgage would look like

Downpayment: $44K
Loan: $358K
Interest Rate: 6.25%
Est. Monthly Mortgage Payment: $2906.60

The Interest Rate is an odd note as that would usually signify 1 or both parties has shitty credit. Lo & behold, we didn't have to wait very long for an answer as Gabe supplied that info himself

Apparently a mere $5K/yr (or $400/m) was enough to convince a bank that both Gabe & Deb could qualify for a loan that was well over 3.5x what they were originally rejected for. I don't buy it personally.

Deb, having actively lurked the thread in order to scrape evidence to use against Gabe, more than likely tore Gabe a new one in court

The entire reason I'm documenting his work history is because during a hearing on Oct 28, 2020, Gabe lied to Judge Cassidy and claimed he was unemployed. As we can all clearly see, he was still working and earning a passive income via renting out the home


Another note is that apparently Deb had people who lived in the house with Gabe snitching on him. She claimed she had evidence of him housing 12 random furries in the house, one of whom was a meth addict living in a closet. Haven't seen that yet so while I can believe Gabe would cram a shit ton of people in the house and that some of them are probably on drugs, I'd like to see proof before saying anything definitively.
On top of Gabe admitting that he's specifically targeting vulnerable people to live in his home, the thing that bothers me with him potentially cramming a dozen people into that home is the fire hazard that would propose. California doesn't have any hard-set rules on occupancy limits but here's an article I found outlining it anyways

In a nutshell, it seems that Gabe was repeating the antics from the Washington Heights saga where he slammed a shit ton of people into the home in order to charge for rent at a rather ridiculous price in order to gain supplemental income. That income was more than likely being used to finance his current legal fees as well as to potentially facilitate his lifestyle in the future. What makes the situation so much worse this time around is that he's already heavily involved in the legal system due to his divorce. Lying about income to the judge handling your divorce case is NOT a good look.

At any rate, the last update on the home arrives on Oct 7, 2021, when the property was finally sold for $492.5K USD. As it currently stands, the property is currently being rented out by Zillow for nearly the exact same estimated mortgage that Deb was paying for initially. Zillow renting out the property is interesting for its own reasons but is mostly irrelevant to the plot at hand.

Non-Existent Assets

Now as far as his assets go, he has / had 3 things going for him:

1. The original fursuit. That was the only substantial piece of property he's ever owned that we know for a fact he paid for with his own earnings. Even if he hadn't " lost " the original suit, the value would be next to nothing due to how poorly he kept it. Since that suit is destroyed, he " lost " the other replacement suit, and the remaining pieces of the partial suit he currently has were a gift, the property has no real value
2. The RV. This was sold some time ago but considering the absolute fucking state it was in (water damage, mold, more than likely pest damage, ect.) it most likely didn't sell for much. I certainly wouldn't fucking pay a hefty penny for that piece of shit in a can. The funny thing is we don't even know who bought the RV originally so I can't even say definitively that this is even Gabe's asset. We do. It was Deb. Color me not surprised
3. The Car:

Gabe DOES have a car but considering he doesn't know basic facts such as--

• What is a Title
• What are Emissions testing
• Where his owner's manual even is

-- I'm betting SOLID money that Gabe doesn't actually own the vehicle. More than likely, Gabe's father bought it, signed his name EXCLUSIVELY on the title, and just lets his poorly developed crotch fruit use it.

My advice personally is that she stop paying for the mortgage and let Gabe's father foot the entire bill. I'm sure if Mr. Sickel had yet another bill produced by his deadbeat son, it honestly might push him over the edge and he'll (hopefully) finally cut the fat.
Will it ruin her credit when the property is inevitably forclosed on? Absolutely.
But she can pay it off again and inflict damage on Gabe (& his family) at the same time.
She's going into debt anyways handling the attorney fees, the rent for her new place, childcare, & other living expenses. She's already said on more than one occasion as well that she believes Gabe's family is trying to win the dispute via attrition (ie trying to financially bleed her dry with costly legal fees). I don't see the point in fighting a multi-front battle when she has no real benefit in that property anymore.

Now all of that being said, I would like to point out something to the lot of y'all which, while the concept has certainly been danced around a bit, it hasn't been solidified.

This dude is 34 years old, he has no real assets to speak of that he's earned on his own, and he's not even earning 1/3 of what someone in his age bracket earns. In fact, in case you're curious about what Gabe's monthly take-away is, I've taken the liberty to do the math. And no, it's nowhere near what Deb projected in that angry e-mail. Dunno where she pulled that number from.

CA's minimum wage is $12/hr. Gabe claims he works full time, which is 36-40 hrs/wk. Let's go with the high estimate and just assume he works 40 hrs/wk.

12 x 160 (40x4 = 160 hrs/mo) = $1,920
1,920 x 12 = $23,040 annually.

But don't forget, we have the taxes! According to a state tax calculator I found, this is the re-worked monthly income of Gabe. And before anyone asks, no, the area code doesn't make a difference:

So now we have a reworked $1,604 x 12 = $19,248 / yr. I'm not even going to get into Union Dues (since those take out a good chunk of change too if you have to pay into that).

We're assuming though that Gabe is working the maximum hours of full time, every week, every month, for a full year. We know this isn't the case though because he's too busy sulking with his non-existent 10,000 friends online about his dead marriage.
