Yeah, I'm pretty much in the same boat. It's such a serious accusation that I'm not willing to budge on it until I see shit like grand jury indictments or statements given direct from the FBI or DOJ. Guilianni's fun and all and I can appreciate the fact that saying something like that is a fantastic way to get your ass sued off if you're fabricating evidence, outright lying just to smear someone, or even going so far as to falsely plant child pornography which is an entirely fucking enormous heap of its own problems, but I'm not taking another step forwards without some Pangea-sized foundation to set my foot down.

I don't like playing Devil's Advocate for the Democrats either, but this needs to have legitimate testimony or paperwork to back it up, since it's not legally possible to release the actual evidence itself.

I don't want this to be a simple political or news story thing either, but here's the deal...there's a 50/50 chance Trump loses this election, and if this thing is held on to to be carefully crafted, my fear is that it'll get buried if Biden gets in. I mean, it will, there's no question. I would rather have enough of it weaponized, right now, to stop him from getting in the white house. Him or his nursemaid Kamala.

I kinda believe that because of how salacious and fantastic these accusations are, there has got to be some really really hard evidence to back this up or they would not have run with it, either that or its an absolute hail Mary but I don't think Giuliani is going to jump feet first into the wood chipper for Trump. If Biden does win I would imagine Giuliani will just say fuck it and dump the whole drive on the internet because he knows they will come after him otherwise. Or he will use that as protection if they do. Dunno for sure whats on that laptop but it was enough for Twitter and Facebook to go full armadillo so that is something to consider.

Otherwise, if there’s evidence of bribery, he can be impeached on legitimate treason as outlined in the text of the Constitution. None of this made up “abuse of power” trash like they tried to impeach Trump for for investigating Hunter Biden.
