I didn't want to speculate on this until I could download the app but my phone is busted, so anyway, I'm pretty sure that's just a screenshot from the COVID alert app that Canada is using. The font looks the same and the text is just from the COVID fact sheet brochure that health units hand out. It's just info about what to do if you do test negative, it has instructions for positive and inconclusive as well, I assume it's available in the app itself since it tells you what to do if you are potentially exposed.

If you are right, and it seems like you probably are, this is one of the most corrupt, insane, and stupid stunts she has ever pulled in a long line of them.

Think about the insanity needed to do this. First, she has to be insane to simply flout every covid restriction in place. Then, she has to be crazy to let a handful of comments from her braindead Karen fanbase get to her enough that the hamster wheels in her fat skull had to start whirring to come up with this plan.
