We know for a fact that within 40 minutes of a mother consuming alcohol that her breast milk will contain concentrations of alcohol that are directly correlated with the mother's blood alcohol concentration. We know that. We can observe and measure that. We also know that alcohol will drastically and negatively affect fetuses (Fetal Alcohol Syndrome), and will retard infant development. It is quite simple, really.

I feel so sorry for your children. I really do. Their father is an abusive woman beater and their mother is a controlling, emotionally incestuous, psychotic alcoholic. God that's so fucking sad.

There are several types of glasses you can drink out of. Tumblers, or rather if you're an old guy like me, a rock glass is just one of them. Back when I used to drink I preferred a Glencairn.

What do you think "moderation" is? According to the CDC it is one standard drink followed by a period of 2 hours for the alcohol to totally clear the system. Both the LLL and CDC say that alcohol is transferred to breast milk at a 1:1 milk/plasma ratio, which is literally what I said in my earlier post. Both say that alcohol consumption can lead to letdown problems, reaction time delays, potential damage to the baby due to roll over accidents or drops, and, in excess, developmental disorders.
