There was some incident where he freaked out when he grew a pube because he didn't know women had pubes and thought that meant he was turning back into a boy.

Because true women don't grow pubes during puberty.

That's going to be one hell of a reality for him to wake up to when he realizes that most adults grow pubic hair despite their bio sex.

Then most of all, she should have read " Vagina's for Dummies" to learn what one is and what it does and how puberty affects women with that womanly X chromosome. How did she go into surgery with such obvious ignorance of so many things.

Hormonally, yes, I guess Jazz had some kind of puberty, however the mental/sexual development was stunted due to the puberty blockers. That becomes pretty clear when you hear Jazz talk about how there's totally going to be a sexual awakening once there's love involved.

No, he's mentally a child, that's his problem. Kids ask questions like this about their bodies.

For all the "vagina talk" he's received his whole life, he's unable to understand what these organs are actually used for and why they have need to be developed. You think someone has actually explained him that his "vagina" will never expand for sex? No. They'd have to explain him that real vaginas have muscles that his fronthole doesn't have. They can't tell him that all he's been told his whole life is a lie, right?
