Before I bust out this tinfoil. Keep in mind that even Sarah said, in Chris Hansen's interview, that Greg is very subliminal. She would watch his videos after they broke up and would know through small hints and details that he was taunting her. Kind of like what he did with the "fucking 8 times tweet" after Shiloh disclosed that she'd get constant UTIs because Greg would have painful sex with her 8 times a day.

I'm gonna say I believe Kai is still with Greg as well as the kids. I believe Greg is telling the truth about Kai being on antidepressants and hinted in a video that he would use that to his advantage. If Kai ever wanted to leave. He'll use her chronic depression against her as she would be according to him, "mentally unwell" and "a danger to the child."

Only problem is... He doesn't say Kai is the parent outright and uses himself as a TV Show Host in a separate but immediate example:

The later example is vague but the former is very specific. Omitting the TV host nonsense. He's basically saying if a parent is diagnosed with chronic depression you can use that as a weapon to take their child away from them because they're "mentally unwell" and is considered "a danger to the child." He's using "mentally unwell" broadly to drive home the point that that's all you need to be to deserve getting your kids taken away. Even if that mental unwellness is not serve and managable.

And who's been been diagnosed with chronic depression? Who's been taking medication for that?

Couple that with the fact that he 100% blames Kai for C falling out the window and belittled her in his newest "Onision is a Dad" video. She did and said nothing about the doctors "wrong diagnosis" so had Greg not been there, she would have let the doctors unnecessarily mutilate his son because Dr. Tully mistook a rash for testicular torsion. He'll destroy her as a mother if she ever tries to leave.

He had his beautiful infantile-looking Billie and was ready to book it. The children are used to trap Kai. When he no longer needed Kai he no longer needed them.

Before GroomerGate Greg wanted Kai to leave with the kids more than anything but right now she is his biggest liability. Kai's just as criminal as Greg and may stay until they are arrested so Greg pawning his spawns is more or less a just in case precaution. If Kai finds reason to leave before then those kids are his tools to trap her right back into place. It won't work of course but he's probably threatended that he can easily get custody in his favor. He could do God knows what to them. So in her own mind she'd have to stay to protect them.
