As far as no one being able to read them... I don't know. Apple, Google, Microsoft, etc. are all required to have back doors and are open books to intelligence in most ways, so maybe their secure messaging is not so secure?

If I recall correctly. I think Apple was the one who said fuck off when the feds were trying to impose that (which I don't think they were very successful at.) This was an old story I read and cant find anymore but I don't believe the FBI or anyone can really force companies to have back doors. (If they did someone else would have found it by now.)

That being said and I know people are going to say lol they dont follow the laws. But in addition to the 4th amendment there are laws specifically describing how and when intelligence and law enforcement agencies can go and execute electronic surveillance orders. And there are lots of instances of people in the intelligence/law enforcement industry who have gotten hit real hard with spying on thier girlfriend or boyfriend or other dumb shit. Intercepting specific texts would require compromising a cell tower which the company who owns the tower would need to be involved in (sorry you still cant just whack an inconvenient witness its really messy) or they would need to set up intercept devices near point of transmission. I dont see the FBI being able to hide using those types of resources from an auditor who is going to want to know why this money was being spent.

What I think is more likely in this case is that, if the texts really are third party monitored it is either by a rouge carrier employee who can see the texts or more likely someone in the fox news organization who can see the texts. I dont think its a tremendous leap that thier texts are done on a company device which would mean that the company is keeping track of whats going on on the phone. Someone in the IT department who can see those texts could be the leak if they are actually being watched.

Could be one hundred percent wrong because we dont know but I think its easier to compromise someone close to Tucker, don't think corporate espionage is limited to tech and drug companies.

No, Mexicans are not naturally American-conservative, but they're also not naturally American-progressive. They all have their own agendas and ideals. Hell, sometimes conflictingones within themselves. Furthermore, even if they stay leftwing, they're not going to stay obedient pets for the current DNC leadership. AOC primaried out her opponent, Jim Crowley, who was slated to be Pelosi heir. Wignats are sometimes blinder than civnats.

On the other hand, when one party is specialised in pandering to the "New Americans" and has an extensive media apparatus to make the pandering work, most minorities will probably be convinced that said panderers winning is in their best interest. It helps that the other party is forced by default to become the de facto "white man's party", and get demonised as racists at every turn, especially in the media bubbles encompassing most minorities and their friend groups.
