I think the issue is that the media is convincing people that overturning Roe v Wade mades abortions illegal.

It does not. It means that abortions go back to the state level. So if you live in Texas, than overturning RvW probably would make abortions illegal eventually. If you live in NY or California, nothing changes for you.
Correct, but banning a medical procedure, even on a state-level, because you think it goes against your religion is not what America is about.

I keep going back and forth on my optimism and pessimism with this election, because of how truly unpredictable it is. This year has been one continuous curveball. In 2016, after I voted, I was very confident that Trump was going to win despite what every poll was saying.

After I voted last night, I was certainly happy with my vote, but I don't feel that same confidence in the election's outcome. This year is very weird, indeed.

Most likely. With states pushing to ban abortions and Trump nominating two very anti-abortion judges, it's very much in jeopardy.
Good.

It is on the ICD-10 diagnosis list
Yes. Under "INCIDENTAL", as in, the codes used for things which alter diagnosis WITHOUT BEING PART OF IT. You dullard.

EDIT:

Female. Genital. Mutilation. Enough said.

There's a bunch of ICD-10 codes for pregnancy, you dipshit.

You didn't read the article.
AHAHAHAH.jpg

They fucked over 600k urban voters. They are even more gigafucked in Iowa than before.

Based on this, if it's at all accurate, then I think Trump has better chances in PA than MI.
Exactly, but I want to see the tracking update on Pennsylvania first. I have the state as a "toss up". If it ticks back to Biden, the race is over (at least in that state) but if it continues swinging towards Trump, the race is still competitive. I think it will do the latter but you never know.

And if you read your link you'd find. And I quote:

"Codes from this chapter are for use for conditions related to or aggravated by the pregnancy, childbirth, or by the puerperium (maternal causes or obstetric causes)"
And? It's still related to pregnancy. "High risk pregnancy" is indeed a pregnancy diagnosis

I think you guys just want to punish women for having sex with men who aren't you

What states push does not affect Roe v Wade per se. Roe v Wade is not repealed just because some states are itching to ignore it. Even if it was repealed, abortion would just become a state-by-state issue.

Two "anti-abortion" judges (presumably ACB and Kavanaugh, neither of which I remember being particularly against abortion in any fashion) out of nine.

I'm pretty sure Roe v Wade will be safe and sound for a long time to come.

When did the notion that "abortion is a medical procedure" become what America is about? America is about far more things (such as individual freedoms and the balance between state and federal power) than just abortions, and whether abortions are medical procedures or not, to the point where the concept of abortion is just a piddly irrelevancy in the wider scope of things.

Nick is claiming they got botted, I knew it was not true.
No I'm sure Russians were hard at work making bot farms to rig the polls of children's television networks.

I have in this very forum affirmed my support of on-demand early (up to 14 weeks) abortion and late medical abortions. I just find your logic to be as retarded as your logic for everything else is.

There are ICD10 codes for ANY FACTOR POSSIBLY RELATING TO THE DIAGNOSIS OF A DISEASE. That list includes many things which aren't medical disorders.

You are excusing your poor debate tactics with motte and bailey reasoning when called on your obvious bullshit.

In summary, fuck off.

I mean, what else does Putin have to do. Clearly his priority is indoctrination through a children’s tv network. Have you not seen the Chipokemon episode of South Park, it’s just like that but replace Japan with Russia.

You don't really get it, do you? States have recently tried to push to overturn Roe vs Wade when they try to pass anti-abortion laws. However, the Supreme Court routinely strikes it down since Roe vs Wade exists. However, with now a conservative majority (and there's more than just those two who are wanting to overturn Roe vs Wade, like Clarence Thomas and I am sure others as well), it is likely in trouble.
