At most community colleges the highest degree you can get is an Associate's. Some offer a Bachelor's, and SCC does offer a few, but it doesn't nor do any community colleges offer graduate degrees let alone a PhD (and "age-gap breeding" is not a field of study.) So uh it's not in the cards.
