I think she genuinely misses the attention of her Womb Wizard glory days. Slap-fighting her fellow paragraph break averse wingnuts on Facebook is a poor substitute for the “You’re wrong because my partner is a genuine black man (and also the ghost of Michael Jackson who makes me groom children in online chat rooms)” classic tumblr era.

I think she meant that racists aren’t protected from the consequences of posting racist material by the first amendment, but, fuck me, I don’t know why I assumed there was any coherent thought there expressed poorly, instead of her incoherent thoughts expressed exactly as she meant to. Also, this is at least the second time she’s brought up her martyrdom fantasies. Before it was the suicide by cop threats to MW. Staph doesn't seem to understand that under the First Amendment anyone and everyone the right to free speech. They can say whatever they want, whether it's racist or homophobic or classist or ableist or sexist or whatever. However, they also must be prepared for the consequences of free speech. You can say whatever you want, that is your right, but that doesn't protect you from criticism or the fallout. It doesn't mean everyone agrees with you or what you say is right.
