Because Donald J. Trump murdered 200,000+ people by lying about Coronavirus. Get your surfboard, here comes that Biden tsunami!
Remember the 8 million goy! Trump is worse than Hitler.
currently I'm a college student taking multiple physics and math classes, none of my classmates so far have told me they support Biden. One is this Orthodox Christian Russian American kid who considers himself a moderate but is anti-BLM and seems generally right leaning (I guess 'moderate' is still the right word). Voting for Trump for his first ever vote.

Another is a hispanic (or filipino, not sure) who is with Trump. He talked about taking this one class called 'political controversies' where the professor unfairly picked on him for his beliefs. None of our physics professors talk about politics though.

And there is this one girl who I thought could be for Biden given certain things about her(for privacy's sake I won't elaborate on this much - basically you'd normally assume she's a feminist lefty based on certain surface level things), but is leaning third party BUT also seems like she could be swayed to Trump based on certain things (won't elaborate much, one of the factors is anti-lockdown sentiment).

Keep in mind these are physics majors though, not a representative sample of Queens by any means.

Oh and I've had multiple people who consider themselves people who don't know much about politics who have asked me about my opinions because some of them will be voting for the first time (mainly young zoomers aged 18-21 who you'd think should be anti-drumpf because it's NYC). The fact that they aren't already TDS patients (some of them even have demeanors that would make you think they're left leaning) says something to me.

All in all, even Trump's deep blue hometown that hasn't gone Republican since Nixon's landslide in 1972 isn't this 100% "we hate drumpf because we know him the best" place as the libs might want to claim.
I kept joking about NYC going red because Mayor Willy pulled a dinkins the last few months but it might be possible, unless hilary won by 2 million in NYC i can see him getting at least very close. Although i think hasidic jews were 100% trump back in 2016 so its a moot point. As much as people joke about NYC being liberal it had a "conservative" in power for 20 years before the current mayor. So it wouldn't take much to overtake the whole city.

BLM/Antifa do not go near places that put them at an actual, serious risk. They learned this when they became insanely polite the minute they faced armed homeowners associations quietly sitting on their chairs and havng a grill when they came marching up.

If they did go near the rallies they'd be beaten, tied up with duct tape and put on the truckbeds before being handed over to the local authorities. At worst.

You saw what happened when Chief Tub O Lard tried this bullshit at Mount Rushmore, they blocked the road in and out, screamed and made tantrums and were also stopped by state troopers and national park rangers. All it did was dip the crowd numbers because people couldn't go.

The fact you've forgotten this event already tells you all you need to know about how effective that was.

On top of that, a lot of the antifa officer class has been vanned in recent months and weeks on the quiet and put on federal charges as it seems a lot of their most effective agents were Washington/Oregon State based or at least largely present in Portland. Any others will have smartly gone to ground like the rats they are.

============

Also, this fucking advert had me legitimately laughing:

Antifa was concentrated in the country's most left wing cities, of which Portland is probably the most radical (though it's a close race with Seattle and San Francisco). After all those people got arrested earlier this year it's mostly broken up.

The difference between Hillary and Trump in 2016 was 1,736,590 votes.

So yeah, nearly 2 million.

Ah, I see. In that case, definitely something to keep an eye out for.

Actually, that brings me to something. On Election Night when it comes to states that will be called on that day, why don't we have one of us keep track of how counties in a state votes and keep people updated as the night goes on? One of us could bring updates on Florida, one on Arizona, one in Wisconsin, etc.

I don't think anything will be called on Election Night. Especially if it's close, the media will be still stanning for Biden and will be all "Well you see, there are many mail in/early votes yet to count so we won't know for at least two weeks." Same if not more if it seems like Trump is landsliding in either the popular or electoral (or both). They will try to keep the Biden hope alive as we segue into 79 Days of Hell of court battles and recounts.

I'm not even going to stay up because we won't get a 2016 style meltdown, it's just going to be hours of spin and cope by pundits stretching for things to say in a vacuum. If anything, the George Flyod/Riot thread will be where the action is because I expect massive BLM/Antifa polling place riots and voter intimidation all day leading to fires and looting all night.

Wow! A Russian supports Trump? You don't say...

zoomers are at the crushing end of the generational rot. In the same way that a nail may start growing into your flesh if left uncut for too long, the peace of 1945-present has made our society stale and stagnant, ingrown with layers of rot and inhuman corruption. The circumstances of their birth is pitiful, but I cannot feel pity for myself nor for the generation who were born to fight in WW1. Scarcely does anyone feel sorry for those born 18 years before 1939. At least those wars ended, what can you say for the endless decline of society for those born after September 11, 2001?
The decline of society began when God decided to work on the 6th day instead of sleeping in.

On topic: Presidents get two terms in office. Even George "I did 9/11" Bush got two terms. Trump 2020, 4 more years, no wall, Hillary still free, the national debt keeps growing.

The real spicy stuff happens in the 2024 elections. I predict 8 years of democrat rule with a new Middle East war somewhere around 2026.

That's not true, Reagan got NY in 1984 when he crushed Mondale. That's still 36 years ago though.

People are still not factoring in something in regards to polls: hidden Trump supporters.

We've seen countless cases of people losing jobs, losing businesses, and becoming victims of violence simply because they were outspoken about their support for our current president.

Take a look at Chris Pratt as an example. He follows Ben Shapiro on his social media, goes to a church, and declined a virtual hangout as a part of a Biden fundraiser. The result was him being blasted on social media so much that Robert Downey Jr had to come up and say "calm yo tits".

Ice cube being "canceled" for helping with the Trump Platinum Plan. The rapper stated he went to both parties with his "Contract for Black America" and was told by the Biden camp that they'd address it after they win. Trump asked to implement parts into his plan leading up to the election. Ice Cube agrees, then suddenly has his interview on CNN canceled and was banned from making appearances on the network.

And the worst part of it is that these are a small example of a celebrities who didn't even openly endorse Trump. Imagine what would happen if they were full-blown MAGA...and then realize you're not a celebrity, and that those same people could do far worse to you since you're not in the public eye.

There are a LOT more Trump supporters than you see from the polls.

This is from 2016, but I'm reposting it because it's topical.

The black vote isn't even remotely in play for Trump, but I think it's still going to surprise some people. I'm feeling that doubling from 8% to 16%, I really am.

If it could even crack 20%, that would be awesome.

Btw I don't know if it was already posted here or in another thread but Disney doing layoff to pay for a campaign ad to blame Trump for Corona-chan and being pro-Biden. WTF is that?!

If Trump purges the left it would just fuel their victim complexes and give them incentive to the same to those they don’t like when they gain power.
would make nodiference. They are already planning that, and say so expli11citly. they need smshing

The Black and Tans came out, and the IRA made them run like hell away. From the green and lovely lanes of Killashandra.
Iwas gonna say B Specials, but didn't think people would get the reerence. The only ones who ran away were the terrorist fenian filth, btw

Because Donald J. Trump murdered 200,000+ people by lying about Coronavirus.

And here's why that's a good thing!

On the 3rd there’s going to be a Scooby Doo style unmasking and we’re gonna find out that @Maradontia was old man @Ashy the Angel the whole time.

The furry cries out in pain as she strikes at you...

I really don't see NY going red at all. Maybe it's a bit closer than 2016 but it was a huge margin then.

Red NY/Oregon is the conservative equivalent of the blue Texas meme.

Agreed, but I could see New York and Oregon going from a deep blue to a light blue this year which can help with the popular vote and if we're really lucky, the GOP could pick up a few House seats in Upstate New York or Eastern Oregon

That's not true, Reagan got NY in 1984 when he crushed Mondale. That's still 36 years ago though.

True, and 1984 was a freak election that was a major exception to the rules

The most realistic scenario is the black community still votes for Biden percentage wise but with a much lower turnout than 2016 and even if Trump breaks the 10% mark with the black vote, that's enough to scare the DNC. Absolute best-case scenario you'll have depressed black voter turnout overall plus 12-15% of those who do vote going for Trump.

Ireland is a Republic. I guess we know who won. Fuck the Nazis!

TIL the Nazis controlled the British government back in the 60's and 70's

Theyre referencing the war of independence, not the troubles

Oh God, that's even more hilarious.

@Maradontia You do realize the Irish War of Independence was in the early 1920's long before the Nazis had any control even in Germany and ended around the same time Mussolini was just starting to take power in Italy.

Also, most of the IRA in the 1930's and early 1940's supported the fascist governments of the Axis Powers since they were opposed to Great Britain. It's the same reason why the IRA during The Troubles espoused Marxist rhetoric to get support from leftist regimes such as Libya against Britain, who was a key part of NATO/Western Bloc alongside the United States and France.

There were even Irish fascist paramilitaries such as the Blueshirts led by Eoin O'Duffy who worked closely with the IRA in the mid-1930's.

I'm specifically talking about Queens. Nixon won Queens in 1972. Last time a Republican Presidential candidate won a Borough of NYC that isn't Staten Island. Reagan even in his 1984 landslide lost Queens and Manhattan and Brooklyn and the Bronx.
