I tell some people sometimes. Only ones I'm pretty sure wouldn't think I'm some major asshole for thinking it's funny. I'll show them a couple episodes of the comprehensive history if they seem interested in knowing more. My biggest hang-up is that they'll think something like "He's making fun of an autistic man-child" so I usually try to get in a quick "You feel bad sometimes, but he's a real piece of shit" and that usually does the job.

Funny story about that: usually when I bring it up I say something along the lines of "I was reading this article online about this guy who..." (as anyone who knows me, "I read this article online..." would be my catchphrase in a sitcom) and talk about it. About a week or so ago, I told a co-worker about him and his magnum opus, Sonichu. Basically, his general reaction was a repulsed "Aw HELL no!"
