I saw in 2019 that enthusiasm does not directly translate to votes. Bernier was touring Ontario and his events were filled to the brim with people. online, every other comment you saw was supporting Bernier. Videos on youtube featuring Bernier were thousands of views ahead of the ones with Trudeau or Scheer. I even remember the chat of the CBC livestream for that election was shut down because of the PPC spam.

If I were a Biden supporter I'd be quite worried about the levels to which Trump supporters are showing out for his events. But this is a warning, I learned this lesson myself in 2019, enthusiasm does not create votes and may not even be indicative of them.
Naturally, there are other metrics where we see that Trump may have a huge lead over Biden, namely the polls asking who your friends are voting for which all trend for a conclusive Trump victory.
Except this year, people came out in fucking droves to vote for Trump in the primaries. When an incumbent is running in a Primary, its just for show really. During these primaries, the votes are usually down. Trump broke records for how much people came out and voted for him this year.

This morning I saw a lone man running down the median of one of the big local roads with a 3'x5' Trump flag on a 15' pole. No one ever walks along the median much less makes a show of it. Either the enthusiasm gap is real, or Trump has all the weirdos and crazies on his side.

Off topic but I can't help myself with this... why won't the baby boomers leave politics at this point? there has been four boomer presidents so far since 1993. We should have Gen X candidates by now. Jesus Christ, what happened to enjoying the golden years?
Because the Baby Boomers would rather destroy everything than let anyone else have one small bit of something?

There's tons of examples in the past of just how they'd act.

They made movies about cruising and how cool cruising was. Gen-X got old enough to cruise and they outlawed that shit so fast it wasn't funny.

They had the dance places, arcades, skating rinks, as soon as Gen-X started getting old enough to go to them they closed that shit down quick as fuck.

They were all down with pot, until Gen-X starting checking it out, then they made some of the most restrictive laws out there.

As soon as Gen-X could work, they fucked everyone by shipping jobs overseas and having the Corporate Raider mentality destroy companies.

As soon as Gen-X could go to college, the prices started climbing.

As soon as Gen-X could afford houses, prices shot through the roof.

As soon as Millenials started enjoying shit, they started screeching "YOU'RE RUINING OUR TOYS!"

It's part for the fucking course with Boomers with any type of power.

Shit, just look at the commercials that are targeted at them.

That's why none of this is surprising. They'd rather burn the US down than let the Millenials or Gen-X inherit a great country.

The idea that anyone else get to enjoy anything makes a Boomer want to shit all over everything and scream how they're the greatest ever.

Add in that Gen-X just developed apathy out the ass about it, and Gen-X is largely not interested in going out and getting into politics.

Why bother to give a fuck?

Didn't know where else to put this but thought you guys might be interested, here's a bunch of antifa setting out their plans to take over government buildings inspired by the tactics used in the Arab Spring (which - need I remind you - was backed by foreign intelligence agencies) in a Zoom meeting.

The Arab Spring was a failure in Egypt as the population got rid of Mubarak. And voted in the Muslim Brotherhood who then later got nuked by the Egyptian military. Now its back to being a military dictatorship so business as usual.

The Arab Spring in my view was rubber stamped by King Nigger for some reason to fuck over America's allies and made everything worse as far as American interests go. I don't mean this as a endorsement of dictatorships that were already there but Uncle Sam always acts in its best interest and Obama for some reason started shit and made everything worse.

I highly doubt these softies will succeed as Trump can just make a phone call to Iran and ask them how did they deal with the commie problem when the revolution succeeded. Assuming of course that Trump wants to make a new deal with the Iranians.

And dems had twice as many voters show up to the primaries.

So alright, Biden wins or Trump wins. That's fine, I can deal with either. I think most of us can and will after some good shitposting over the next week or two.

What I can't deal with are the so-called progressives and extreme leftists that are hijacking movements and using them as cover to destroy civil society and subvert the United States government. These people are operating outside of the old left/right paradigm and I think a lot of our users from either end of the spectrum be it @Hollywood Hulk Hogan or @It's HK-47 can agree that these people represent a movement that isn't helping any aspect of our society. Worse, they are running the risk of resurrecting the skeleton of the extremist right if they have not already.

How then do we deal with this element and those that crop up in response? It would seem like trying to be heavy handed is not the right answer because that rarely works unless you literally go scorched earth, which many of our laws will prevent us from doing. Appeasement is also not an option. Many of these people have no interest in talking and see either candidate as an excuse to cause more problems. So what do we do? Again, I don't think there is going to be much disagreement on the face of it. Most Americans (I think?) don't like the rioting and the looting and it is also tragic to see some well-meaning movements taken advantage of by people that seem to be walking contradictions.

And what I mean by "walking contradictions" is that more times than not the individual that wants to tear down the system is either a major beneficiary of said system or completely unqualified to be making decisions themselves, let alone everyone else in the nation.

Getting it off my chest, I'm not sure I particularly care who wins. In the past 6 years (this started before trump), people in general have been turning so vicious and awful that it's significantly lowered my quality of life. Not just internet spergs. This has infected both my workplace and all circles of friends and family. It's really just made me want to leave the country and try to start over because this place feels like a dead end.

Neither one winning can fix that.

No matter who wins, the salt miners will be the true winners. That's all I'm here for.
No matter what, tomorrow is going to be a raging clusterfuck. Good luck, and stay safe my fellow Kiwis.
Indeed. Whether Trump wins or loses, the salt will still be utterly delicious at the end of the day.

When the votes are cast, feel free to join us. We'll have some mining to do.

Is Hollywood Hulk a real tard? Every fucking thread he shits up real fast. Can't you just behave?
If only the faggots would stop replying to him.
Either way I think the thread needs contrarians to keep it from turning into a circlejerk. 🤷‍♂️

Also I wish for someone to compile all the drumph is liderally hitler fanfiction, change names/details and sell it off as a YA fiction novel or religious text. It would funny.

I'm going for Biden. Quite simply, if Trump couldn't bypass the bureaucratic system in the the four years that he had an opportunity to do so, he isn't going to get ANOTHER chance. His ENTIRE 2016 Platform was that his background in business management would give him an advantage in the competitive geopolitical community, and yet it has shown to be nothing but an impediment at every turn.

IMO, he's an incompetent boisterous leader who scrambles for quick solutions instead of meticulously planning, and he reacts rather than innovates. Most importantly, he had four years to prove his integrity and responsibility, as he said in 2016 that he was campaigning on behalf of the American working class, yet his businesses are shown to be in cahoots with various unscrupulous anti-American corporate/international factions to whom he is indebted.
Obviously Biden and pretty much all Democratic and Republican politicians have similar unscrupulous ties as well, but TRUMP IS NOT A POLITICIAN (aka his ENTIRE 2016 PLATFORM), so unfortunately for him, he gets held to a higher standard, meaning that if he wants to be a POLITICAL OUTSIDER, he gets NO POLITICAL PITY IF HE FAILS OR GETS EXPOSED.......

Summarized version: IN 2016, Dude talked A LOOOOOTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT OF SHIT ABOUT HOW SUPERIOR AND MORE EFFICIENT HE WAS THAN THE WASHINGTON SYSTEM, YET AT THE END OF THE DAY IN 2020 THE TAXPAYERS ARE SUFFERING MORE THAN EVER, SO HE IS GOING TO BE THEIR SENTIENT PINATA.

I honestly kinda feel bad for him that he won in 2016. I don't think he knew the clusterfuck he was walking into...
People really don't give Trump enough credit for what he has done. It was absolutely a paradigm shit presidency, and I question the intentions of anyone who says otherwise. I'm extremely optimistic about the results if he gets another 4 years.
  • no new wars
  • ISIS defunded and destroyed
  • tax cuts for small businesses (and basically everyone else which I don't care about)
  • tax cuts to put us on par with OCED countries
  • nearly 450 miles of real border wall (fence, but solid enough)
  • immigration reduction by 49%
  • refugee reduction from abt 150k to 15k
  • historic peace agreements in the middle east
  • addressing China as a rival economically, politically, and militarily
  • exposure of the managerial state
  • exposure of academia
  • exposure of the msm
  • exposure of silicon valley
  • complete defunding/ban of critical race theory in federal contractors and federal departments
  • renegotiated trade deals
  • domestic manufacturing subsidies and protectionism
  • roaring equity market
  • ridiculously low unemployment
  • reform measures imposed on H1-B visas
  • 220 federal judges including 53 appeals court and 3 Supreme Court Justices
  • energy independence
  • Google anti-trust probe
  • Stay-in-Mexico policy & end of catch and release
  • Troop reductions in Iraq and Afghanistan
  • Realignment of the GOP closer to the base
  • End of "Dear Colleague" title IX policy
I get mad sometimes by flubs like the citizenship question on the census, but looking back, I never imagined he would be this good. I couldn't have hoped for more, let alone this much.

Trump hasn't done shit to the protesters, he still won't if he wins, and people won't magically stop protesting if he does. I'm against the violent protests but Trump winning wont do a damn thing about them unless he suddenly tries to get serious (which he won't and never will).
I mean what exactly is he supposed to do that he hasn't, especially just before an election. Yeah I want to see the cops beat down rioters with batons too, but he doesn't really get to decide that, and the GOP and intel coup really has stood in the way of trying to clean house at the DOJ and FBI.

Pretty good. But needs more "your orange lover" and "at least I'm not in love with an old man" lines. Those are his most common zingers.

What's provoking about little screen stickers he can ignore? Also the autistic sticker (the one he gets most often) isn't even a negrate, its a neutral rating and doesn't affect your reaction score at all.

What the fuck is a reaction score

Little known fact about Delaware (nobody actually knows anything about DE): It's full of niggos. The state demographics are much more comparable to South Carolina than any Northern, Midwestern, or Western states. It's a bizarre state that contains a bunch of international corporate entities (for the tax breaks), consisting of 2 medium size cities and little else, staffed with beleaguered whitey drones who fall asleep to the sound of the welfare tide rising. It's a frightening picture of future America, not entirely for it's demographics (which are shared by other, admittedly much larger states) but because it's a "state" dominated entirely by urban areas (some of them 100 miles away) and owned entirely by globohomo companies.

Governors aren't scientists. And holy shit, a whopping two out of 50 total governors allegedly did something bad?? suddenly that means science no real!

They're representatives. Of both an entire state, and of an entire party, who while espousing the "listen to scientists and doctors!" line killed tens of thousands of old folks.

C'mon now. Don't be dense.

Anyway, unrelated good music for the hell of it:

LOL, check out this guy, thinking that a Baby Boomer didn't scream "IT'S MY MONEY AND I WANT IT NOW!" then take out a "Reverse Mortgage" and then leave their kids with millions in medical bills, credit cards debt they maxed out, and unpaid taxes.

LOL.
