That's what I been wondering. What if Trump wins a state he was not expecting to win?

Then it shows a more total rejection of the Cali/Oregon brand of politics the Dems have been tryng to sell the last 4 years and would likely result in a rather large internal party collapse.

The progressive crazies are not going to stand down and march off, they will instead begin to fight even harder, or think that their policies didn't go far enough to convince other voters, or that voting blocs are irredemable scum.

The latter we're seeing from various morons on twitter, and even lead to calls in the UK at one point for vote of people over the age of 65 to only count for 1/3rd of a vote of someone under 25 because "they have to live with the consequences longer."

Sadly, there are still acolytes of this position, but they won't get anywhere, same as widening the franchise doesn't always get the results you want.

Scotland had the franchise for 16 year olds on this basis, and they still voted to remain in the UK.

How long does this voting stuff last for? Safe to go to sleep or will i miss the good parts?

Do you even need this answered? Of course the second you go to sleep you'll miss the good parts. That's just a universal law.

This was the last place I expected to see that image in

Autism, eh, finds a way.

I had to leave Ben Shapiro's podcast today.

Like seriously the three outcomes of this election is
Trump nearly win
Biden nearly win
Biden blowout.

But no Trump Blowout. Honselty I said before I don't think neither candidate will have a blowout.
But now I want Shapiro to be wrong.

I hope Trump picks up a state now

Shapiro is a moron. A couple of years ago someone made a Twitter bot called Ben Shortpiro that tweeted "lol you're short" at him like very 30 minutes and he spent almost a week arguing with it and calling it an incel and a Nazi before he realized it was a bot.

Do not forget to research school board candidates, commissioners, and any local candidates. Even in a conservative county, 4/5 school board candidates were talking about equity and rayyyyycism. The guy getting my vote used indoctrination and critical race theory as pejoratives while saying equity means too many different things to people.
I went full low information voter on this part, when I voted the school board candidate I voted for because she was the only one I had even seen advertising (most of which seemed pretty generic) for and she was pretty hot. Looking at her positions again she had an FAQ about how she felt about Trump's 'patriotic education' and she responded that she just wanted to make sure 'the truth' was taught, but that America has a lot of accomplishments to be proud of and that that should be taught too, no TDS, critical race theory shit or progressive jargon to be found. It was a pretty pleasant surprise.

Virginia is only blue because of NoVa and DC. The rest of it is Appalachia, which is why it's one of Dems' favorite scalps.

As @Pointless Pedant already pointed out, most of Virginia is actually not Appalachia, only the mountainous part of it in the southwestern part of the state. While that area is deep red and heavily rural, you also have other regions that trend red historically and in many places still do even after NoVA and Richmond took over the state politically.

The Piedmont area leans red historically with the notable exception of Charlottesville (a blue college town) and the predominantly black Southside areas of Martinsville and Danville. The area around Lynchburg is seen as notoriously conservative and fundie even by Virginia's standards, being the home of Jerry Falwell and Liberty University.

The Tidewater in the Eastern part of the state now leans blue because it's been colonized by DC/NoVA and Richmond but even then the Hampton Roads/Virginia Beach area tended to be a purple area.

The Roanoke Valley is pretty much stuck between the western edges of the Piedmont and the Southside to the east of it and Appalachia proper to the west of it.

The greater Roanoke area has always been a bit of a bellwether for the state and has been mostly purple but is trending blue. Typically, the moderate wings of both parties did the best in that area since most of the Republicans were middle class retirees and the Dems being mostly black Boomers but it is trending blue, particularly within Roanoke City, which is predominantly black.

I still don't know where they get the idea that North Carolina and Georgia will flip blue outside the bubbles in Atlanta and Asheville. Unless you get 2008 levels of youth and black votes, they'll probably remain red unless the Dems go above and beyond to rig the vote ahead of time (and I wouldn't put it past them to do that)

At least Florida and Arizona going blue are plausible

Purify your local Games Journalist.

Use fire.

Did they not learn from "pokemon go to the polls"? Also those titles fell in one of 3 categories, typically 2 or more: Extremely forced, near incomprehensible, and awful games. "the last of us part 2" wins all 3 because just saying "the last of us" would've fit perfectly, he made it wrong, on purpose, to reference a horrible game. Game journalists deserve a 9 iron to the temple!

He does kind of contradicts himself on the podcast today. He legit said he doesn't think Trump will pick up any of the states that Clinton won specifically says states like Minnesota and Nevada. But then he says Nevada could be a toss up after reading the current poll for it.

Like what?

Labour tried to move back towards the centre with Starmer after Corbyn crashed and burned. I would expect something similar from a defeated DNC.
