Trump has the popular vote by almost a whole million over Biden.

He was winning it in 2016 for a while too, there were some "reputable" pollsters who believed he would lose the EC and and win the popular vote on election night. I wouldn't read anything into this.

I want to see if Trump closes the gap by a few points.

A few points wins it for him, I think it was less than 2% last time.

I would kill myself if Texas went blue. I refuse to accept the meme coming true.
Texas could be the next California in the next 10 years, but with a (possible) twist.

If the Republicans aren't retarded, they'll wait until all of these blue states are done getting raped by the DNC, and start making informed and substantial pushes into some of the lighter-blue counties. You want to try your socialist shit in Texas? Fine. We'll make the entire Pacific coastline red, by offering the remaining population, withered and hollow from decades of being sodomized and drained of every bit of potential the state had of becoming a proud standard-bearer for everything the United states has to offer, a chance at a second option.

As Trump said often during the later days of the 2016 campaign, "What the hell have you got to lose?"

The votes say Biden is leading in NC by 10+ points but NYT has Trump's chances of winning increasing every minute, what is NYT seeing that makes them believe that Trump will win NC? Also, what is happening in Ohio?
Early and urban votes came in first. Baris only has Biden +5 now.
