While I agree it will take ages to determine the winner, the early states do give us an indication. Trump winning Florida by 3-4 points is better than 2016 and should be fairly promising.

2016 was Trump 49-48 Clinton, 2020 is Trump 51-48 Biden. Third parties aren't involved much this time.

I was listening to a pundit on ABC and they said that the Biden campaign has been working really hard in places like Ohio and Florida. The media talking heads are not reliable in the slightest. Stayed up all night waiting for the inevitable then went to work the next day at the GOP thinking there was going to be a recount. Turns out there wasn't so everyone got the day off for all of our hard work.

In fact, because Michigan law doesn’t allow for processing of absentee ballots to begin until 7 a.m. on Election Day, the results are expected to take even longer to roll in, state officials say.

There are 3.2 million absentee ballots submitted and counting – double the record-setting number from August’s primary.

“We’ve done the math – based on the number of machines, jurisdictions and election workers, it takes 80 hours to do (3 million absentee) ballots,” Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson said last week. “And that takes us to Friday.”

It seems like this is where they'll try to jam the fix in.
