Neither. Null's doomposting is retarded. The Internet flat out cannot function without 230. Websites being sued for random shitposts or online shopping fraud would destroy every online business that operates in America, and nobody wants that.
However, Joe Biden and the Democrats want to add a caveat to 230 where websites will lose their protections if they don't "protect minorities and vulnerable groups". In other words, if you're allowed to say "nigger" then no 230 protection.
Meanwhile, Trump wants to actually enforce 230 and punish websites that editorialize non-illegal content. There is absolutely no reason for Youtube to put a warning label on every video that mentions the Moon Landing, as if we're all just incapable of reasoning for ourselves. If someone wants to rant about fake moon landings, they're legally allowed to and any website that prevents them from doing so should be treated as a publisher and not as a neutral entity.

I mean seriously, the point of 230 was to stop frivolous lawsuits, while the government is retarded I don't think they're retarded enough to think that removing 230 would magically mean said lawsuits will still not happen.

I've noticed that the Google numbers are pretty much immediate to change whenever a state looks to be going for Biden, but it takes a good five or ten minutes to add numbers to Trump's tally when a state starts leaning red. Right now they have it at like 131 - 92 Biden when my math suggests that the numbers should be pretty close to even.

To put it in perspective zoom in on Virginia and remember the solid colors are the established votes or whatever it's called.
If JUST VIRGINIA (I assume silicon fuckery on other states, but I'm too lazy to look) was accurately used for 'prediction' it'd be 118 - 105.

I think that won't age well.

She's wrong for looking at Hispanics via the identity politics lens but imagine if Americans were immigrants to another country where the language wasn't English. We'd naturally group together on the basis of language and shared origin despite any ethnic/racial differences, which wouldn't disappear but become less important as a survival mechanism. Now imagine if this host country suddenly rioted in favor of the dark skinned Aboriginals it imported to work their carrot fields hundreds of years ago and declared you were racist and/or not real Americans so you should be taxed at a higher rate to keep the former carrot harvesters on welfare forever. Then act surprised when Americans all vote for a candidate that promises to lower taxes, treat everyone fairly, equally and most importantly, bring jobs and the economy back.
