Expect the projections to be fucked all night. Each locality is counting whichever votes they feel like first, election day or mail in. There is no standard. Since the mail in ballots lean blue and the in person lean red if you don't know which are counted first all over the place it makes it a lot harder to project than a traditional election. That's likely the only reason Florida hasn't been called yet by everyone. Pretty much every live election coverage is complaining about this making their job so difficult. If they knew which votes were counted already and which weren't they would be able to call most states in EST at least.

At this point, what are the odds the 2020 electoral map is the exact same as 2016?
There's still a decent chance Arizona will flip blue, a small chance Minnesota will flip red, Biden could still get PA, and the Maine and Nebraska proportionals could be different but otherwise it's looking a lot like it.

Doubt it's going to happen, but what if Trump won Delaware? I'd take that as the pinnacle of humiliation for Biden.
No way. Delaware is deep blue and it was called for Biden already.

I'd note that Trump moved his home state to Florida so he'd win it too, since New York hates him.
